Asked 29th May, 2017 in the project Universal project management competence baseline

Dear colleagues! What do you think about the possibility of using the same "waterfall" and "agile" approaches in the management of the same project?

Is it possible? If so, in which cases?

I think it is possible to follow both models, broad waterfall method in which agile sprints are executed for product development.
