Could someone recommend me a measure that assesses self-reported perceived listening skills (preferably in a group therapy context?)?

I am interested in measuring how well group psychotherapy clients rate their ability to listen and be present for other group members. Is anyone aware of a measure that helps capture this? I would like it to be able to capture perceptions of a session (e.g., "In last session, I was able to..."). Thanks!

read this scale and you'll fine many useful questions.
You can expect those with high level of anxiety to not listen as well as those who do not suffer from e.g. GAD.

You might try using Lysaker's MAS-A coding manual as a measure for discrete changes in perception and theory of mind.
"The Metacognitive Assessment Scale (MAS; Semerari et al., 2003) is a rating scale originally created to detect metacognitive change on the basis of psychotherapy transcripts among persons with personality disorders. The MAS focuses on metacognitive capacity, rather than specific contents, and considers metacognition to be a set of related but semi-independent abilities. The MAS was derived following an extensive synthesis of various models that have been used by authors from across different disciplines to describe the dimensions of metacognition.
The MAS contains four scales. These are: “Self-Reflectivity” or the ability to think about one’s own mental states; “Understanding of Others’ Minds” or the ability to think about others’ mental states; “Decentration” or seeing the world as existing with others having independent motives; and “Mastery” or the ability to implement effective strategies in order to cope with psychological problems and related distress. Each scale consists of a series of items that reflect increasingly complex levels of that capacity, which are arranged in hierarchical order. To use the original MAS, a rater reads a psychotherapy transcript and codes each time an opportunity for the display of a given capacity occurs. For instance, a rater may code that an opportunity is present for the recognition of another's affect when a client describes an encounter with another. The rater then codes whether or not that capacity was used. Did the client, for instance, recognize that someone was sad whom they had spoken with a day before? After reading the entire transcript, a ratio of hits to misses, or ratio of opportunities for the use of a specific level versus the actual use of that level can thus be generated for specific functions, with a greater versus lesser number of hits to misses indicating better metacognitive capacity."
