Can anyone tell me the amount of NPK required per plant for cucumber to be grown in pot?

I am interested in collecting sap from young cucumber plants. Currently, I have tried cutting below the petiole of a turgid plant and allowing for a droplet of sap to accumulate and collecting it. However, this is a slow process with a low yield. Does anyone have any protocols they have found to be successful?

  I prepared a full strength Hoagland solution for cucumber seedlings. The Hoagland solution showed precipitation while adjusting pH with KOH to 6.0 then I added tryptone (50 mg/L) in the solution that avoids precipitation. After sterilization at 121 ^oC for 15 minutes, precipitates appeared again, how do I solve this problem?

In addition, how do I avoid microbial contamination (bacterial and fungal) in Hoagland solution during plant growth? I have covered the flasks with black cloth to avoid algae growth. I am using 40 micro molar Fe in the Hoagland solution prepared as solution III from EDTA-2Na, KOH, H₂SO₄ and FeSO₄. The actual conc. of Fe in Hoagland solution is 5 micro molar. 

For a hydroponics research lab. I would ideally have a chart that provided me info on if cucumbers needed more nitrogen than tomatoes, etc. for every relevant vegetable. Hydroponics have proven most successful with small root system vegetables (salad greens, herbs). I want to optimize nutrient intake in each stage of vegetable growth.

An attempt is going on to rear and release Chrysoperla carnea larvae for controlling vegetable (tomato and cucumber) pests, mainly Bemisia tabaci, Aphis gossypii and Tuta absoluta, in green houses. We would like to know to what extent that this approach can substitute chemical insecticides for controlling such pests, and what stage of the predator is more appropriate for releasing ?. Your advice and relevant literature will be highly appreciated.

Cucumber under protected or open field is attacked by this disease. Infection by this causal might com over the whol plants within days.

I have cucumber plants with aphids and a few of the aphids have been parasitized. I collected the parasitized aphids and after 10 days, this wasp has come out. I have tried to identify him and have come to the family Braconidae. Can someone tell me if it is the right family?
