Can I contribute to the upcoming book titled " Managerial Perspectives on Intelligent Big Data Analytics"?

What is big data? It has many defintions available to the academia and industries. However, I am still not happy with each of them. Now I give a new definition of big data.

Big data is data with at least one of the ten big characteristics consisting of big volume, big velocity, big variety, big veracity, big intelligence, big analytics, big infrastructure, big service, big value, and big market.

One can prove that this definition is the most general one among all the existing definitions of big data.

Since OpenAI brought ChatGPT online in November 2022, interest in the possibilities of using intelligent chatbots for various aspects of business operations has strongly increased among business entities. Intelligent chatbots originally only or mainly enabled conversations, discussions, answered questions using specific data resources, information and knowledge taken from a selection of multiple websites. Then, in the following months, OpenAI released other intelligent applications on the Internet, allowing Internet users to generate images, photos, graphics, videos, solve complex mathematical tasks, create software for new computer applications, generate analytical reports, process various types of documents based on the given commands and formulated commands. In addition to this, in 2023, other technology companies also began to make their intelligent applications available on the Internet, through which certain complex tasks can be carried out to facilitate certain processes, aspects of companies, enterprises, financial institutions, etc., and thus facilitate business. There is a steady increase in the number of intelligent applications and tools available on the Internet that can support the implementation of various aspects of business activities carried out in companies and enterprises. On the other hand, the number of new business applications of said smart applications is growing rapidly.

I am interested to know that is it possible to use a quotation of a speaker's speech from a daily newspaper with proper reference.

For example, in NewYork Times it was published that "Mr. X said in a seminar titled Y that the sun rises at east". In my writing can I use this quotation with proper reference.

I have thought this question for many years at least from 2012 when I prepared to publish a book on demand-driven web services which was out in 2014.

This is also the reason why I have been editing  Special Issue on Big Data, Service and Intelligence in IJSSOE. 

Reading is thinking, writing is critical thinking, publishing is systematic thinking. 

Please tell me what you thinking about it.

In many cases, I found some researchers posted a paper in RG that actually published in a predatory journal.

I believe RG should have technical intelligence that would recognise predatory papers.
