所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位评审专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，本次会议所有录用的论文将在ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ISBN:979-8-4007-1009-4)出版，出版后将被ACM Digital Library收录，并提交EI Compendex，Scopus检索。
投稿方式
1. 本次会议不接收综述文，论文必须是英语稿件，且未在国内外学术期刊和会议发表过。
2. 发表论文的作者需提交全文进行同行评审。
3. 论文必须按模板排版，不得少于8页，最多为12页。
4. 论文全文重复率不超过30%（含作者信息和参考文献），作者可通过iThenticate、Turnitin或其他查询系统自费查重，否则由文章重复率引起的被拒稿将由作者自行承担责任。
5. 涉嫌抄袭的论文将不被出版，且公布在会议主页。
参会方式
1. 投稿作者参会：文章被录用后，可在线提交参会报名，每篇论文有一位免费参会名额。
2. 报告者（无投稿）：参会并在会议上进行口头报告或海报展示，请报名参会时提交报告的题目和摘要进行审核。（注：口头报告的摘要不提交出版）
3. 听众身份参会：出席并参加这次会议, 并可全程旁听会议所有展示报告。
