A framework for ACE industry Companies to adopt and implement BIM

I am a MSc student at Anglia Ruskin University. I am studying Construction and Civil Engineering Management.

I am currently working on my dissertation and would like your valuable help.

I am investigating the positive impact offsite modular construction may have on the housing crisis prevalent in the United Kingdom.

For my study, I have decided to conduct a questionnaire so that I can get a deeper look into the views of senior managers and or people working in the construction of the houses in the UK. I aim to explore the adequacy and effectiveness of offsite modular construction. The possibility is that a change in construction systems could speed home completions and may mitigate the housing shortage.

I believe that with your help I can get a better understanding of this study and an idea of how to clarify the housing shortage. I am asking for 5 minutes of your time. In order to take part in a five-minute questionnaire that will possibly provide insight into the housing shortage issue.

I have selected the above topic for my Master's dissertation but my supervisor told me that ''a lot of research has been done on the benefits and barriers. Your research need to bring something new to this field of knowledge and it need to be far more focused''.

Can anyone please recommend me dissertation title and aim of research please
