يناقش هذا الملتقى إشكالية تعزيز استخدام اللغة العربية في مجالات التعليم، الإعلام، والاتصال الرقمي، وكيفية الاستفادة من الأدوات التكنولوجية لتمتين حضورها بما يتماشى مع احتياجات الجيل الجديد من الناطقين بها في ظل التأثير المتزايد للغات الأجنبية، بالإضافة إلى تشجيع السياسات التعليمية والإعلامية التي تضمن حماية هذا التراث اللغوي الغني.

About Sourour Talbi
- Sourour TALBI is the president of “ JiL Scientific Research Center”, specializing in international law and international relations, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Algiers University. She contributed to the training of postgraduate students with the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, the Ministry of Justice in Algeria, Lebanon and Iraqi Bar Association, and several Arab universities; author of many articles in human rights published in ranked refereed journals.
