About the lab

ETIS (Information Processing and System Teams) is a joint research laboratory of CY Cergy Paris University, ENSEA and CNRS (UMR 8051). ETIS lab carries researches in four domains:

- Multimedia Indexing and Data Integration (MIDI)
- Information, Communications, Imagery (ICI)
- Smart Embedded Systems (CELL)
- Cognitive robotics and neurosciences (NEURO)

4 positions are open in 2021 :
- 2 Full Professors in massive multimodal / unstructured data analytics, and Low footprint Smart Communication Systems
- 1 Associate Professor in Exploratory Data Analytics
- 1 associate professor position is open at ESIEE IT Cergy with research at ETIS.

RADECS 2021 - Radiation and its Effects on Components and Systems

This paper presents a Fail-Reason Capturing Intellectual Property. Integrated in a System-on-a-chip, it provides diagnostic information about the origin of failures thanks to the combination of trace events buffering and error detection with triggering mechanisms.
