Under the influence of social, economic, cultural, and other factors in the new era, young people, who are responsible for the country’s future, have different attitudes toward fertility from those of their predecessors. It is of great practical significance to study their attitudes toward fertility. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey on post-05 adolescents’ families in Changshu City, this paper indicates: The family income has a certain degree of influence on the number of children, but there is no positive correlation; post-05 adolescents are more inclined to have brothers or sisters who have the same biological genders as they do; Compared with their parents, who have low reproduction willingness, adolescents’ reproductive willingness gradually increases. Based on these conclusions, the following policy suggestions are put forward: More opportunities should be created for practitioners to accompany their families. Schools should avoid transmitting extreme gender normative education. People should advocate the sustainability of adolescents’ positive attitudes toward childbearing under the inclusive and diverse concept of fertility.

Application of metabolic GM (1,1,t h ,p) power model in fresh e-commerce prediction
Aiming at the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce industry, this paper attempts to combine the metabolic theory with the improved GM (1,1) power model. The article introduces the traditional GM (1,1) power model to enhance the adaptability of the model to the data series, and at the same time, a new parameter is introduced when constructing the background value, the background value is represented as a linear function of adjacent sequence points, and the form and solution method of the two specific models are given, with the goal of minimizing the average relative error, and the power exponential and new parameters are co-optimized by genetic algorithm. The optimal modeling dimension is determined through model testing, and on this basis, the metabolic GM (1,1,t h ,p) power model is established, and the model is applied to the prediction of the transaction scale of the fresh e-commerce industry. The results show that the improved GM (1,1) power model can significantly improve the fitting accuracy compared with the original model, and the metabolic GM(1,1,t h ,p) power model has good performance in the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce.

This research is aiming to investigate the effects of 8-week exercise program on reaction time performance of hearing impaired students at 11–14 years of age. 32 students (n=16 girls and n= 16 males) aged between 11–14 years in the Malatya Akşemseddin Secondary School for Hearing Impaired Students were participated in the study by the consent of their parents. The students were divided into 2 groups as athletes (n=8 girls and n=8 boys) and sedantary students (n=8 girls and n= 8 boys). The athlete students are engaged in activities like “Turning to the front with the basketball ball with the ball and taking the pass, walking on the balance instrument which is 30 cm wide and 3 m long, making slight left and right bounces, 10 m short distance runnings, short distance rusting with a handball ball, throwing the basketball ball up about 2 m with a light, Sedantery students have not been subjected to any work during this period. The reaction time performances of all students participating in the 8 week were determined before and after workout program by the REACTION TIME HUBBARD - HAP brand device. It was determined that there was a significant difference between athletes and sedentary students in favor of the athletes in terms of pre-test and post-test results according to reaction time performance (p

Several studies have shown that the behavioral pattern in exercise and motor fitness of children has changed dramatically in the last two generations. Because childhood is a very important period of life, the promotion of physical activity (PA) has been identified as a major public health priority. Therefore the aim of this study was to observe the fitness level and the importance of PA among 5th grade pupils in Liechtenstein. This cross-sectional study was carried out from March to June 2007. A total of 313 children (aged 11.8 +/- 0.6 years) were randomly selected. PA and socio-demographic data were acquired with a short questionnaire, the motor fitness with a test battery, consisting of eight items. In summary, the physical performance of all the children is satisfactory, but with obvious deficits in coordination, flexibility and basic motor skills. Children's general fitness was significantly higher among those, who were members of sports clubs than non members (p < .05). A high level of PA in free time was associated with better motor fitness (p < .001). According to other studies, this survey illustrates the controversial findings of a high participation in sports of school children in their free time activities but at the same time increasing motor disorders.

Results of the the simultaneous multiple regression analysis indicated that 11th grade students’ gender, task values, self-efficacies and elaboration learning strategies were statistically significant predictors of their Biology achievement; whereas rehearsal and organization learning strategies were not.

Fig. 2.
Fig. 3.

Research background: During COVID19 crisis, in order to limit and control the multiplication of infections with the new virus, the Romanian Government forced restrictions and established fines to those not staying in line with the rules. The rules had been applied not only to citizens but also to private companies and state authorities. Due to these legal constraints taken during the declared state of emergency and the next state of alert, the appropriate attitude effects occurred in terms of behaviour of individuals and companies. Purpose of the article : One of the positive side effects of the measures taken during the state of emergency and the state of alert, is a decrease of non-real emergency calls in public safety answering points, small in value but important for dealing with real emergencies. Moreover, the incoming calls related to some chronic non-urgent medical affection decreases. Methods: We will study and make comparisons in the number of calls in 112 Emergency System to analyse the quantitative impact relative to COVID period versus a previous not impacted period of time because of COVID. Findings & Value added : The impact of the pandemic on the 112 Emergency System has been a major one. We observed the need to redefine procedures and to make operational a new resilience plan, by defining a specific calling number where people in need to report incidents specifically related to COVID. We also observed some changes in caller behaviour that occurred to those calling the emergency 112 number. However, the last not the least we have observed a real interest of people calling to the specific number dedicated to COVID with different contexts, concerns and clarifications needed to them in order to adopt a more conscious and responsible attitude.

The article deals with the comparative legal research of the current labour legislation of each of the 28 EU member states with the Directive 2019/1152 of 20 June 2019 on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union. The relevance of the research topic is because after the adoption of Council Directive 91/533/EEC in the EU, a number of acts of primary and secondary legislation were adopted that significantly change the content and scope of labour rights of workers. These are, in particular, The Maastricht Treaty, The Treaty of Amsterdam, The Treaty of Nice and the Treaty of Lisbon. Furthermore, on December 7, 2000, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union was signed, and on December 17, 2017, The European Parliament, the Council and the Commission solemnly proclaimed the European Pillar of Social Rights. As a result, collisions arose between the above Acts and Directive 91/533/EEC, which required the adoption of a new Directive 2019/1152 and a comparative legal analysis of this Directive with the current labour legislation of each of the 28 EU member states.

1245 occurrences of donc in the speech of Chinese L1 speakers of French in France

It seems that the French native speakers do not always use donc as argumentative connectors in oral French. In fact, its use as discourse markers has been addressed by many researchers in linguistics. To avoid the overlaps between different categories of functions established by other scholars, we propose to distinguish only two types of donc : the argumentative donc and the discursive donc . This paper exploited the discursive use of the French particle donc in the oral production of Chinese L1 speakers of French in France. We found that donc could have the exemplification function in non-native speech, which was not reported in native speakers’ speech. Meanwhile, from the sociolinguistic perspective, we also investigated how some social factors influence its use in nonnative speakers’ speech. Among different extralinguistic factors examined in this article, only the extracurricular contact with native speakers of French was proved to be statistically significant.

The abuse of narcotics is now a common enemy that encourages the formation of various related regulations. However, on the implementation level, there are problems in deciding cases of narcotics abuse, especially related to the application of Article 127 of Law no. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics. This study aims to identify problems in deciding cases of narcotics abuse in order to identify the solution. The method used in this research is normative juridical. The results showed that there are two main issues that arise. First, the tendency of the Prosecutor to indict the abuser by Article 111 or 112 of Law no. 35 of 2009. Although there is currently a SEMA no. 3 of 2015, in which judges may violate the specific minimum criminal threats, the application of SEMA still creates a polemic. Secondly, the perspectives of prosecutors and judges who tend to convict drug abuse prisoners rather than ordered to rehabilitate them.

Matrix Metalloproteinases 14 presumably play for cytotrophoblast migration and invasion of the uterine wall and in the remodeling of the spiral arteries in pregnancy. Inadequate trophoblastic invasion leads to an inappropriate vascular remodeling, which generates conditions of hypoxia and increased oxidative stress in the placenta early onset preeclampsia. Therefore, it is particularly important to investigating whether MMP14 altered and can be used as biomarker of preeclampsia. There have been no studies done to measure MMP14 in serum maternal between early onset preeclampsia and normal pregnancy The purpose of this study was to analyse whether maternal serum matrix metalloproteinases 14 levels differ in early onset preeclampsia and uncomplicated pregnancies. This crosssectional study was carried out in 20 subjects with early onset preeclampsia and 20 subjects of normotensive pregnant women range 24 up to 34 weeks of gestation. The study was conducted in Margono Hospital Purwokerto, Indonesia. Level of MMP 14 was measured in maternal serum using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The mean difference was statically analysed by independent samples T-test and ROC curve to determine sensitivity and specificity of MMP 14.Women age, gestational age, parity and body mass index showed a non significant difference between both groups. In this study level MMP 14 in serum was higher in pregnant women with preeclampsia compared to the normotensive ( 266.41 vs 46.80 pg/dl ; p<0.00). Moreover, the area under curve of serum MMP 14 was 0.936, standard error 0.043, p<0.00. The optimal cut-off value of serum MMP at 110.73 pg/dl showed a high diagnostic value in preeclampsia with a sensitivity of 90 % and a specificity of 90%. Maternal serum MMP 14 was higher in preeclampsia and the important finding is the MMP 14 probably become a marker to predict early onset preeclampsia.

The paper discuss possibility to implement Deming’s 14 points into Russian higher education, taking into account partially online development. The majority of these points can be used to improve the quality of higher education. However, there are many legal restrictions to public education that result in specific, measurable results that do not fully implement Deming’s theories. Therefore, private universities have more potential to improve their quality then government schools. This fact explains the popularity of additional or professional courses in Russia as a substitute for regular education.

The paper presents the results of implementation of the authors' training programme aimed at enhancing speed and power performance of 16-17-year-old sprinters realized from September 2018 – June 2019. The pedagogical study was conducted in three stages. At the first stage we analyzed 16 options for building a six-month cycle workout programme for sprinters of different qualifications. Using a series of pedagogical control tests, we tested 24 athletes of the third and second sports category to find their speed and power level. Then they were divided into two groups of 12 athletes: a control group and an experimental group. At the second stage we conducted a formative experiment in one of the groups to find the effectiveness of the training programme we had designed for the advanced specialization stage (n = 12). The third stage comprised data analysis and interpretation. The results showed that there was no connection between 30-meter-distance bounds and sports result. It was found that the programme designed for the experimental group leads to positive shifts during the competition period and has a positive effect on the physical development of young sprinters. The designed pedagogical programme aimed at tailoring a 6-month cycle of speed and power training for 16-17-year-old sprinters will reduce the time of mastering the sports technique.
