The purpose of the article is to outline modern concepts of digital transformations in librarianship, didactic translation of which into the educational process is relevant to the educational-professional program ‘digital direction’ ‘Web project management, digital content design’ in ‘Information, library and archival affairs.’ Research Methodology. The method of content analysis of scientific publications was used to assess the ‘semantic field’ of modern concepts of activity and scientific research in the field of library and information business. The scientific novelty lies in the justification of filling the educational content of the educational-professional program ‘Web Project Management, Digital Content Design’ in the specialty ‘Information, Library and Archival Affairs’ in accordance with current concepts and areas of digitization of documentary information, library and archival activities in international and domestic practice. Conclusions. The relevance of the educational and professional program ‘Web Project Management, Digital Content Design’, proposed in 2021 within the specialty 029 ‘Information, Library and Archival Affairs’ is obvious in terms of the need for training to provide technological support for the digital transformation of library information and archival activities. Identification of the content of education relevant to the ‘Information Security of Automated Systems’ specialty within Educational and Professional Program ‘digital’ direction, possible by conditionally outlining the complexes of functional specialization in which the activities of the future specialist in the specialty ISAS: document and information resources – information technology – project management – social communications. Filling these components with the content of education should be based on current concepts and areas of digitization of documentary information, library and archival activities in international and domestic practice, relevant to the educational and professional program ‘Web Project Management, Digital Content Design’.
The purpose of the article is to analyse the experience of Ukrainian libraries using digital tools and the potential of competitions to create an online environment for communication with students during the COVID-19 quarantine.
Methods. When writing the article, the methods of content analysis, systematisation, and generalisation were used. As organisers of a series of digital intellectual competitions, the authors share their own experiences of creating an online communication environment for librarians and students, which involved intellectual online competitions on the Kahoot platform between students of Ukrainian universities and colleges to overcome the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The novelty of the study lies in new knowledge about the potential of digital tools, which, in the context of overcoming the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, were effectively used to establish communication between students and librarians.
Conclusions. The idea of using digital tools to create an online space for students to communicate with each other and with the library to overcome the quarantine restrictions of COVID-19 was transformed into all-Ukrainian digital intellectual student tournaments. In 2021, with the support of 28 libraries of higher education institutions of Ukraine, five intellectual online tournaments were held. With the help of digital technologies, 349 participants from 19 universities and 9 colleges of Ukraine competed in the Kahoot quiz and communicated on the Google Meet and Zoom video conference platforms.
The article demonstrates that the communication space, created with the help of video conferences, contributed to establishing communication between students and librarians and obtaining information about remote services. Using the capabilities of Kahoot to conduct online quizzes made it possible to popularise reading as a leisure activity in a game format, develop critical thinking skills, and team interaction. It is revealed that the main factors contributing to students’ participation in intellectual online competitions are: the need for positive emotional communication, recreational and cognitive motivation (to get interesting information), and the search for a reference group for interaction on the Internet.

The purpose of the article is to study the possibilities of 3D modeling tools in the tasks of computer reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage sites. Creating 3D models of historical heritage elements and developing software for 3D printers. Modern memorials, places where historical and cultural values are preserved, have remained the least involved in global digitization. Therefore, the digitization of cultural heritage is an urgent problem today, because with the help of digital technologies you can not only create electronic copies of existing museum values, but also create a three-dimensional model of lost historical and cultural values.
The research methods are a set of methods and technologies of 3D modeling, their capabilities and their application to solve problems of building a virtual reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage. Use 3D modeling technology to actually reconstruct historical and cultural monuments, such as archeological finds, and to create digital copies of museum exhibits.
The novelty of the study is the use of modern computer technology to restore historical or cultural heritage that has been lost or partially lost. The processes of urbanization cover the traditional cultural space, actualizing the problem of preserving the historical and cultural heritage and national and cultural identity. Architectural complexes of the city, noble and land estates, temples and monasteries are being reconstructed; often historical and cultural heritage sites disappear in whole or in part due to the government’s military policy. Some archeological sites or museums also need restoration, and computer simulations may be the best solution.
Conclusions. Using 3D modeling you can get a three-dimensional model and then provide software to reconstruct damaged objects or reproduce their lost parts. Three-dimensional mathematical models are included in the digital archive of historical heritage and are available for further publication from anywhere in the world. On the basis of the created 3D-models it is possible to print 3D-copies of works of art, museum exhibitions. This approach to the preservation of historical and cultural heritage opens new perspectives for the preservation of existing museum values and the reproduction of lost cultural heritage.
The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive, objective and critical analysis of the results of research on open access in Ukraine to assess the current state of the topic and identify the aspects which require deeper study in order to develop an effective mechanism for implementing the principles of open access in practice. Research methods. The method of narrative literature review with a defined search strategy and criteria for selecting publications in four databases, such as Dimensions, Scopus, Web of Science and the depository of electronic copies “Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine” was used. The inclusion criteria were articles published by authors affiliated with Ukrainian institutions. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the literature analysis helped to expand and deepen knowledge about the thematic areas of open access research in Ukraine; to identify previously unknown links and contradictions between studies; and to identify areas that require further studies, which include, in particular, the analysis of factors and barriers that facilitate or prevent Ukrainian authors from disseminating their works in open access, the dynamics of growth and peculiarities of the distribution of the share of open access publications by year and field of study. Conclusions. Open access is one of the main components of Open Science. It serves as a tool for accelerating knowledge sharing, developing science, helping to eliminate inequality, and helping to solve several global problems. The research of Ukrainian scientists focuses on four primary areas of open access research: the development of open access policies at the level of institutions and the state, the introduction of institutional repositories, the launch of open access journals, and the regulation of copyright in open scientific communication.
The purpose of the article is to create a comprehensive system that allows questioning of external and internal library respondents and analyze questionnaire results using reporting.
Research methods are customer questionnaire methodologies, customer relationship optimization using questionnaire tools, comparative analysis of questionnaire tools and analytical processing of received information in modern information systems, methods of survey tools’ automation, data exchange mechanisms for interviewing external respondents, methodology for analysing survey results.
The novelty of the study is the construction and development of automation tools for questioning and interviewing respondents in libraries, the creation of an interactive environment in the work of a modern library as a sociocultural institute.
Conclusions. The implementation of the developed system when working with libraries to automate work with clients, the formation of a database of potential customers and other types of interaction with library respondents will significantly expand the range of relevant information in the areas of work with staff and customer relationships, more mobile to create a personnel policy and a policy of customer relations, bonus programs and the like. All this ultimately leads to a decrease in the risks of losing customers, staff errors and significantly affects the efficiency of modern libraries.
The purpose of the article is to study the prospects of the development of electronic resources for social and communication activities of information institutions in Ukraine and the world.
Research methodology. General scientific and special research methods were used, in particular analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, and system-structural analysis.
Scientific novelty. It is determined that electronic information resources in the form of digitized documents are currently the most effective form of involvement in the scientific circulation of huge arrays of documents contained in the funds of state archives of Ukraine for social and communication activities of information institutions. Measures to ensure the development of information potential in the context of digitalization are proposed.
Conclusions. Thus, such types of electronic resources as local, network and electronic resources of combined distribution are distinguished. It has been clarified that among the virtual representations in the virtual information space, a significant place belongs to the websites of information institutions. It has been established that information infrastructure is a means of interaction and exchange of information resources. It has been defined that information potential is an important resource that is positioned, disclosed and used to form new resources and products and ascertainment of information needs of modern users. It has been clarified that the result of the introduction of information potential in the context of digitalization can be the formation of a single regional consolidated information resource with a single format for presenting data based on the use of modern digital platforms, increasing the level of development and application of information potential in general. It has been determined that to further ensure the development of electronic resource potential, it is necessary to consider the possibility and organization of interaction between a library, archival and museum institutions in the modern information and communication environment.
The purpose of the research is to analyze the information market as a sphere of fundraising activities of libraries.
Research methodology. Both general scientific (analysis, synthesis, deduction, and induction) and specialized methods (for example, abstraction – for researching general theoretical approaches and determining recommendations for the use of fundraising in the modern library space of Ukraine) were used to study this issue.
The scientific novelty of the study is the actualization of foreign experience of libraries’ work with non-budgetary charitable organizations and private benefactors in Ukrainian realities.
Conclusions. The current challenges faced by libraries require additional funding from extrabudgetary sources, which is extremely difficult to implement in the context of a global pandemic or military aggression. In particular, based on the processing of the information received, it was found that modern libraries need to turn more often to the practice of using paid services and fundraising opportunities. Usually, the management of Ukrainian libraries resorts to the practice of introducing paid services to obtain additional funding. We believe that the experience of the world’s leading libraries in Ukrainian realities will not always work accordingly. Therefore, it is important to combine the attraction of additional funding with the introduction of new technologies that can bring sustainable income to library institutions in the information market in the future. To obtain fundraising funds, a long work is needed to find possible benefactors, study their activities, and promote their services in the information space, which will create a good reputation for the library institution. It is also relevant to use the experience of scientists – grant applications in their specificity can become models for submitting fundraising projects.
The purpose of the research is to identify the main labor functions and activities of a future specialist in the current educational and professional program Web Projects Management, Digital Content Design of the specialty Information, Library, and Archival Affairs.
Research methodology. General scientific research methods were used, in particular, analysis and synthesis; a hypothetical method, which made it possible, based on the analysis of interdisciplinary educational and professional programs in other humanitarian specialties, to formulate the didactic validity and pedagogical expediency of the proposed educational and professional program Web Projects Management, Digital Content Design of the specialty Information, Library, and Archival Affairs; methods of semantic and logical analysis of an array of documents (professional scientific publications, content of Internet resources) – to identify the state of theory and practice of training specialists under interdisciplinary educational and professional programs; the method of analogies – to establish similarities between pedagogical systems based on the signs of interdisciplinarity to justify the didactic possibility of implementing the studied educational and professional program.
The scientific novelty of the research consists in identifying the labor functions and types of activities of the future specialist under the educational and professional program Web Projects Management, Digital Content Design.
Conclusions. Strengthening the social-communicative function of organizations in the document and information sphere, in particular in the presentation of their activities in the web environment, actualizes the training of IT specialists for this subject area.
The requirements for a modern specialist in the document and information field, the convergence of activities’ types and tasks that appear in the course of his work, determine the convergence of the program content Management of Web Projects, Design of Digital Content with the areas of IT and project management activities.
The interdisciplinarity of the studied educational and professional program corresponds to the content of the activities of an information resources specialist in the context of digitalization.
The analyzed drafts of professional standards and the experience of pedagogical systems functioning, the main concept of which is the integration of knowledge in the subject area with knowledge in the field of implementation and support of digital technologies that ensure its innovative functioning, are pedagogically appropriate and require further research to determine the content, forms, and methods of specialist training.
The purpose of the article is to investigate and consider the general trends, problems and prospects of using cloud computing and technologies in data processing, in particular optimization of their storage.
The research methodology consists of semantic analysis methods of the basic concepts of the considered subject area (cloud computing and cloud technologies). The article discusses approaches to storing data (including multimedia) in modern systems that support cloud computing and technologies.
The scientific novelty of the research is the analysis of cloud computing use and cloud technologies for data storage optimizing.
The conclusions of the research conducted in the article are as follows: the paper considered various aspects related to cloud computing and cloud technologies, including various advantages and disadvantages; cloud computing and cloud technologies can offer numerous benefits to various stakeholders; cloud computing and cloud technologies have some problems; it is noteworthy that by supporting the cloud computing and cloud technologies deployment and maintenance models, problems can be either minimized or eliminated since the dynamic characteristics of cloud computing and cloud technologies can always support users.
Background. Today, most of the «best practices» of functioning both in the developed sectors of the economy and in everyday life transactions are based on the use of advances in information technology. Informatization has brought great advantages to society, but there are also problems that all are facing.
Objectives. The article is devoted to the analysis problems of professional adaptation new generation designers to the modern requirements from informatization. The individuals’ peculiarities in social and professional adaptation to the requirements of the information society in the conditions of the digital revolution were considered.
The aim of the study consist in the analyze the role of digital competencies in the social and professional adaptation of designers of a new generation.
Methods. The research methodology is based on a system analysis of the processes which is taken a place in modern society ecosystem transformation by influence of digital revolution. To compare the strengths and weaknesses of traditional and modern transactions using digital competencies, a component decompositions approach was used to analyze the complex problem of studying the informatization influence vector on various aspects of culture formation.
Results. This report largely dedicates to prospective models for the transformation of typical activity tasks and new competencies that are induced under the digital revolution influence. The novelty lies in developing an approach to adapting people to the conditions of the information society, which can be used to solve problems of social and professional adaptation of designers. The rationale for the role of digital competencies as a key factor in the social and professional adaptation of new generation designers is presented under the conditions of the convergence of specializations and the reengineering of technological and business processes.
The purpose of the article is to reveal the importance of translation and adaptation of international IT standards in Ukraine.
Research methods. In preparation of the study such general scientific methods of cognition as analysis, synthesis were applied.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to find out the peculiarities of the process of harmonization of international IT standards in Ukraine, to emphasize the need for better translation of IT standards and to bring their content closer to practice.
Conclusions. In order to prevent the doubt that the introduction of international IT standards in Ukraine as national ones is capable of providing the Ukrainian IT sphere with the status of an important segment of the country’s national security, it is worth paying attention to such. Ukraine needs a scientific discussion, during which a consensus should be reached and directions for further strategy and tactics of IT development on international principles should be worked out. The strategy for implementing international IT standards in Ukraine should be theoretically substantiated and the needs and capabilities of national IT science to participate in the preparation of international standards should be clearly justified. This involves not only analyzing the theoretical foundations of implementing international IT standards, but also exploring trends in the development of international IT standards and the implications for Ukraine; as well as developing recommendations on the strategy for implementing international IT standards in Ukraine.
The purpose of the article is to study the processes of on-line servicing of various bank clients, review and the author's system description of remote banking services.
Research methods are methods of developing web applications, methods of semantic analysis of the main concepts of the subject domain (banking services of banking products). The article deals with the main functions of banking systems for servicing different classes of users (individuals, corporate legal entities, etc.). The article proposes and describes the function of the author's adaptive remote banking system, which allows the use of the wide possibilities of modern mobile applications and the Internet. The described functional involves the processing of accounts, corporate cards, banking products, and the like. All functionalities have been tested in the developed author adaptive system of remote banking services for clients of Bank PUMB.
The novelty of the research. The authors have proposed approaches to the flexibility of embedding the developed software product in the banking systems of other banks, minimizing the computational complexity of the algorithm of banking services for various banking products, and so on. These approaches are implemented in the author's adaptive system of remote banking services and provide a new level of efficiency of on-line servicing of bank clients. The developed interface of the system meets all the requirements for the banking systems interfaces.
The conclusion of the research consists in the proposed approach to banking customer service with the help of the author's adaptive remote banking system helps reduce the time for banking operations and minimize the information and technological resources necessary for the functioning of the system. Therefore, the proposed approach (in the form of an author's adaptive remote banking system) is an important factor in ensuring efficient banking services for banking products.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of teaching PR in public administration to students who master advertising and public relations.
The research methodology is based on the principles of scientific and pedagogical research and pedagogical observation. Analytical and theoretical methods were used to generalize the features of PR in public administration and to systematize the competencies of PR specialists who will work in public authorities.
The scientific novelty consists in identifying ways to form the competencies necessary for PR professionals who will work in the public sector.
Conclusions. Public communications of public authorities are still an area requiring serious theoretical understanding and training of professionals capable to participate in the development and implementation of the state information policy. Specialists in communication who understand the specifics of state authorities’ work and possess PR tools for establishing a constructive dialogue with target audiences (individual subjects, social groups, public organizations, political parties and leaders, and the people as a whole) are the key to the effective work of press services and communication units of state administration bodies.
The purpose of the article is to define the basic principles of electronic repository efficiency, to study the experience and advantages of implementing an institutional repository in a higher education establishment, and to investigate the problems faced by users in the process of working with an institutional repository. The research methods are based on analysis and synthesis, which made it possible to summarize previous scientific works on the problem under study and draw independent conclusions. The paper also uses the method of a sociological survey in the form of a questionnaire to identify the problems that users face when working with a repository. The scientific novelty of the article is to clarify the basic principles of implementing an electronic repository system by libraries of higher education establishments; to study the advantages of an institutional repository as opposed to library collections and archives. The use of a sociological survey in the form of a questionnaire made it possible to identify some difficulties and shortcomings of the institutional repository. Conclusions. The basic principles and specific recommendations for the design of the electronic repository system, which were taken into account during the implementation of the institutional repository of the Lutsk Pedagogical College of the Volyn Regional Council, were determined. The importance of conducting a sociological survey at the initial stages of the institutional repository to study the users’ requirements and create a quality information product was revealed. Among the difficulties encountered by users and shortcomings in the work of the repository were the following: scanning of published documents (in some cases); lack of full-text documents; entering metadata, and keywords; inability to automatically download publications from Google Scholar; time resources required to download publications. The survey provided feedback from users, helped to identify the needs of authors and users, set clear goals and objectives for the institutional repository, and promoted the use of open sources. Despite certain shortcomings, the institutional repository is an effective tool for the informatization of modern library services. It has been established that the efficient operation of an institutional repository ensures the development of scientific and educational activities at a higher education establishment.
Radical changes in various spheres of life in recent decades in the context of the rapid development of the information society had an impact on the understanding of the role, functions and social significance of the book. The popularisation of Ukrainian thought, words, and books today acquires a new, defining meaning. When national cultural heritage is becoming an identifier of our people's identity, the issues of advertising the Ukrainian print edition are becoming relevant and significant. After all, the transformations of the book publishing industry are inextricably linked with changes in the cultural space. The presented monograph “Book advertising in independent Ukraine: state, problems and prospects” by V. Kulakovska is determined by the relevance and expediency of the topics raised and is an independent, original study. The socio-economic situation of independent Ukraine gave birth to a fundamentally new research problem - the place of book advertising in the book publishing industry, its features in comparison with other advertising communications, and its sociolinguistic parameters since it is precisely in the correct use of the book advertising potential under new conditions that we see one of the ways out of the crisis inherent book publishing industry.
One of the directions of the Strategy for the development of librarianship until 2025 is the development of effective communications, which requires the use of modern methods of communication. Storytelling as one of the methods of presenting information has been used for more than a decade in marketing, advertising, copywriting, pedagogy, and journalism. The purpose of the study is to outline the use of digital storytelling as a new form of communication with users and analysis of the implementation of the optional component “Digital storytelling” in the training program for information professionals. Realization of the purpose provides performance of such tasks: the analysis of scientific publications on a research theme; acquaintance with the experience of using digital storytelling in the information specialists’ activities, presentation of implementing a selective educational component in the educational process and the formation of competencies corresponding to the professional activities of information specialists. The research methodology of the study is based on general scientific and special methods. In particular, general scientific principles of systematic and comprehensive cognition and the unity of theory and practice are used. Methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization, content analysis, observation and forecasting are used. The scientific novelty of the study is to substantiate the feasibility of using digital storytelling methods in libraries, which became the basis for the introduction of the discipline “Digital storytelling” for students majoring in “Information, Archival and Library Affairs” at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. Conclusions. The importance of libraries’ effective communication and the use of innovative methods of working with users has been emphasized, in particular, the use of storytelling has been suggested. The application of digital storytelling for the realization of the communication function of libraries in the conditions of virtualization of library space has been investigated. The experience of introduction of the discipline “Digital storytelling” in the educational process is presented, the competencies formed by the discipline are outlined, and their correspondence to the professional activity of information specialists is analyzed.
The purpose of the article is to consider the main challenges and problems associated with the formation of the Ukrainian book market in the context of the escalating war with Russia and to analyze its functioning as an important factor of national and human security.
The research methodology is based on the method of modelling, which involves a comprehensive study of the book market as a set of interactive and interdependent (market and non-market) components that form an integrated whole; the method of synergetic research, which explains linear and nonlinear options for the formation of the book market, fixes bifurcation points, takes into account their main challenges and threats; the system-communication method, the use of which makes it possible to clarify the specifics and opportunities for the development of publishing and book distribution in Ukraine in a complex system of information and cultural communications at the present stage.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: substantiation of the understanding of the Ukrainian book market as an essential factor of national and human security in the context of the main challenges and threats as of 2022, the need to regulate it, create favourable conditions for the growth of the publishing industry and promote the culture of reading in Ukraine.
Conclusions. For a long time, the sphere of publishing and book business did not have proper attention from the state. There was a robust expansion of Russian publishing products into the cultural space of Ukraine. The Russian-Ukrainian war became a powerful catalyst that changed the state of affairs in the book market. It has been emphasized that legislative initiatives and institutional transformations of recent years have contributed to the quality indicators improvement of the Ukrainian publishing industry. Despite the positive statistics, the search for new mechanisms to counteract the Russian cultural expansion, which results in the military occupation, the impossibility of penetration and distribution of Russian-language printed products on the territory of Ukraine, remains urgent.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of digitalization of education and marketing of educational services in the context of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and to develop recommendations for improving digital and marketing strategies that will help attract and retain students in higher education establishments. Research methods. In order to effectively achieve the purpose of the research, the methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization of theoretical data, observation, and a systematic approach were used. All this allowed us to analyze and identify the features of the digitalization of education and the marketing of educational services in the context of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Scientific novelty. Specific tools and methods for improving the effectiveness of digitalization of education and marketing in the educational sphere in the context of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine are identified and analyzed. Conclusions. Thus, the educational services marketing under martial law in Ukraine requires a more creative and innovative approach from higher education institutions. To increase the competitiveness of educational institutions, it is necessary to use digital tools and communication technologies to ensure the availability of education for students in a restricted environment. One of the core factors of marketing effectiveness in the education sector is ensuring quality education and providing students with a high level of service. In addition, it is necessary to actively use various marketing tools, such as digital advertising, social media and content marketing, to attract and retain applicants and students. Martial law conditions may create additional challenges and restrictions for marketing in the education sector, but at the same time, they may also provide new opportunities for a creative and innovative approach to developing educational services. To succeed in marketing under martial law, higher education establishments should be prepared to use digital tools and communication methods that allow them to attract and retain applicants and students even in a restricted environment.
The purpose of the article is to research, analyze and consider the general problems and prospects of using existing approaches to face recognition (areas of application, features and differences). The research methodology consists of semantic analysis methods of the basic concepts in this subject area (theory and practice of pattern recognition, in particular, facial images). The article considers the existing approaches to the development of systems for face recognition. The novelty of the research is the solution of facial recognition problems to determine access rights and authentication. Conclusions. The existing problems analyzed and the prospects for using facial recognition algorithms are becoming more accurate. Facial recognition has become an important part of artificial intelligence because it is used in social media, digital cameras and smart home automation.
The purpose of the article is to review the concepts for creating web applications, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modern technologies for weather forecasting. The article presents modern client-server technologies. The concept of a single-page application and other technologies that allow interaction between the client and the server online are discussed in detail. The development of an application for tracking weather conditions based on the architecture of the SPA is presented. The research methodology includes processing theoretical information and analyzing the architecture of the application, built on the principle of SPA, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of approaches to client-server interaction, using Angular, Vue, React libraries, using APIs to create applications. The novelty of the research is the analysis of the modern concepts and technologies that allow you to develop web applications that can be used to build a modern web application of the Single Page Application concept, a detailed analysis of Angular, Vue, React libraries and user interaction with such systems, analysis of Service Workers technology as a way of hashing. Conclusions. The article analyzes modern technologies for creating web applications, presents their advantages and disadvantages, discusses the concept of Single Page Application and describes the development of an application for tracking weather conditions, provides analogues for comparative characteristics, discusses problems that arise when the client part interacts with the server application of SPA principles.
The purpose of the study is to identify innovative approaches to distance learning for cultural and artistic students. Research methodology. Research methods are methods of observation and analytical and pedagogical research, a systematic approach and generalization while studying the problem of implementing innovative teaching methods during distance education. Scientific novelty. It is determined that during the preparation of cultural and artistic students, based on the application of innovative approaches, it is recommended to teach theory and practical work, i. e. process, simultaneously. It is defined that in the process of professional training of cultural and artistic profile students, the teachers apply professionally-oriented interactive game methods. Conclusions. It has been established that the innovative approach consists in modern modelling, organisation of non-standard lectures and practical, seminar classes. It has been determined that the implementation of an innovative approach is a complex process due to a large number of variables that should be taken into account both in the course and at the individual level. It has been determined that the transition to distance learning, based on the application of an innovative approach, will be useful for both students and teachers of cultural and artistic profiles. It has been found that after completing the curriculum during the preparation of cultural and artistic students based on an innovative approach, the future specialist should develop skills in such profile dimensions as creation, implementation and evaluation and analysis. It has been determined that as a result of training students of cultural and artistic profiles based on an innovative approach, they will gain the following key skills: communication skills, analytical, open mind and ability to transcend limits and experiment with new ideas, creativity, criticism and research skills, self-awareness, self-presentation, ability respond effectively to feedback, teamwork and collaboration, thinking skills, time management and organizational skills, resilience and self-discipline.
The purpose of the article is to examine innovative artificial intelligence technologies that allow for the independent creation of artistic images. The research methods are based on a systematic approach to studying the problem of application and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in artistic practices. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in actualizing the problem of using artificial intelligence technologies in the sphere of culture and art, and in establishing the symbiosis of artificial intelligence technologies in artistic practices. The use of machines to create works of art is rapidly gaining popularity, and the transition to practical implementation is underway. Today, it is possible to train artificial intelligence in artistic practices. This applies to simplifying the process of creating samples for the general public and applying it to restoration, renovation, and fundamentally new ways and opportunities for professional artists and designers. Artificial intelligence is used in the arts to create works of art, analyze and interpret art, and interact with viewers. Conclusions. The ways of using artificial intelligence in artistic practice have been analyzed. By analyzing examples of the use of this technology in the visual arts, the basic principles of working with artificial intelligence have been identified. The existing methods of working with images using artificial intelligence and some platforms and programs that allow creating visualizations using artificial intelligence are considered. Some advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence tools in the arts have been highlighted. In particular, the benefits include new opportunities, automation, speed and accuracy, and a wide range of possibilities. Among the disadvantages of using artificial intelligence tools in art are the lack of individuality, uncertainty of results, and the inability of art to interact with the viewer. It has been stated that artificial intelligence and the artist are co-authors in the field of art.

An important task is to forecast the modern technologies development, depending on innovation in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the introduction of common standards in this area.
Research methods are modern technologies for the introduction of the Internet of things into different spheres of human life, starting with the systems of "Smart Home" and ending with an analysis of the soil used in agriculture.

Conclusions. The modern technologies development, new solutions in the field of artificial intelligence will not only lead to a new era of people and machines coexistence, but will also give impetus to the emergence of new areas in training for IT industry professionals.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the foreign experience of using artificial intelligence in the digital marketing of libraries, to outline the main directions, prospects and problems of applying these technologies in Ukraine, and to formulate recommendations for the successful implementation of AI in the digital marketing of Ukrainian libraries. Research methods. In order to achieve our goal, we utilized several scientific methods such as analysis, substantiation, systematization, comparison, and generalization. To gather empirical data, we conducted a content analysis of relevant literature and case studies of foreign libraries that have integrated AI in their digital marketing strategies. The data collected underwent statistical analysis, and we utilized the results to formulate recommendations for Ukrainian libraries to successfully implement artificial intelligence in their digital marketing strategies. Scientific novelty. The article presents a new perspective on implementing digital marketing methods in libraries through the use of artificial intelligence. By analyzing foreign experiences, the article suggests effective strategies and tools for promoting library services in the digital environment. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the potential of artificial intelligence technologies to address challenges faced by the library industry in Ukraine and offers practical recommendations for their implementation. Conclusions. Five main areas of artificial intelligence application in the digital marketing of foreign libraries have been identified: chatbots, recommendation systems, smart libraries, digital archives, and user behaviour analysis. Prospects for the implementation of AI include personalization of user experience through content recommendations based on user’s preferences and search history; improvement of search functionality by providing more accurate and relevant results; increasing user engagement through real-time interaction with chatbots; analysis of user behaviour to develop targeted marketing campaigns; simplification of analysis of large amounts of data and identification of patterns and trends; automation of routine tasks, etc. Challenges in using AI technologies: lack of necessary resources, technical and technological recommendations, knowledge and skills, etc. Libraries can organize cooperation with AI specialists or other libraries that have already implemented AI fragments; identify areas that require improvement and investment; identify staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage and support smart technologies; consider ICT gadgets as a means of efficiently providing information services; and work to improve the efficiency of information and communication technologies; constantly improve their skills and evaluate and adapt services and technologies; have a clearly defined marketing strategy and AI implementation plan that meet the library’s goals and objectives.
