The purpose of the article is to outline modern concepts of digital transformations in librarianship, didactic translation of which into the educational process is relevant to the educational-professional program ‘digital direction’ ‘Web project management, digital content design’ in ‘Information, library and archival affairs.’ Research Methodology. The method of content analysis of scientific publications was used to assess the ‘semantic field’ of modern concepts of activity and scientific research in the field of library and information business. The scientific novelty lies in the justification of filling the educational content of the educational-professional program ‘Web Project Management, Digital Content Design’ in the specialty ‘Information, Library and Archival Affairs’ in accordance with current concepts and areas of digitization of documentary information, library and archival activities in international and domestic practice. Conclusions. The relevance of the educational and professional program ‘Web Project Management, Digital Content Design’, proposed in 2021 within the specialty 029 ‘Information, Library and Archival Affairs’ is obvious in terms of the need for training to provide technological support for the digital transformation of library information and archival activities. Identification of the content of education relevant to the ‘Information Security of Automated Systems’ specialty within Educational and Professional Program ‘digital’ direction, possible by conditionally outlining the complexes of functional specialization in which the activities of the future specialist in the specialty ISAS: document and information resources – information technology – project management – social communications. Filling these components with the content of education should be based on current concepts and areas of digitization of documentary information, library and archival activities in international and domestic practice, relevant to the educational and professional program ‘Web Project Management, Digital Content Design’.
The purpose of the article is to study the possibilities of 3D modeling tools in the tasks of computer reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage sites. Creating 3D models of historical heritage elements and developing software for 3D printers. Modern memorials, places where historical and cultural values are preserved, have remained the least involved in global digitization. Therefore, the digitization of cultural heritage is an urgent problem today, because with the help of digital technologies you can not only create electronic copies of existing museum values, but also create a three-dimensional model of lost historical and cultural values.
The research methods are a set of methods and technologies of 3D modeling, their capabilities and their application to solve problems of building a virtual reconstruction of historical and cultural heritage. Use 3D modeling technology to actually reconstruct historical and cultural monuments, such as archeological finds, and to create digital copies of museum exhibits.
The novelty of the study is the use of modern computer technology to restore historical or cultural heritage that has been lost or partially lost. The processes of urbanization cover the traditional cultural space, actualizing the problem of preserving the historical and cultural heritage and national and cultural identity. Architectural complexes of the city, noble and land estates, temples and monasteries are being reconstructed; often historical and cultural heritage sites disappear in whole or in part due to the government’s military policy. Some archeological sites or museums also need restoration, and computer simulations may be the best solution.
Conclusions. Using 3D modeling you can get a three-dimensional model and then provide software to reconstruct damaged objects or reproduce their lost parts. Three-dimensional mathematical models are included in the digital archive of historical heritage and are available for further publication from anywhere in the world. On the basis of the created 3D-models it is possible to print 3D-copies of works of art, museum exhibitions. This approach to the preservation of historical and cultural heritage opens new perspectives for the preservation of existing museum values and the reproduction of lost cultural heritage.
The purpose of the article is to create a comprehensive system that allows questioning of external and internal library respondents and analyze questionnaire results using reporting.
Research methods are customer questionnaire methodologies, customer relationship optimization using questionnaire tools, comparative analysis of questionnaire tools and analytical processing of received information in modern information systems, methods of survey tools’ automation, data exchange mechanisms for interviewing external respondents, methodology for analysing survey results.
The novelty of the study is the construction and development of automation tools for questioning and interviewing respondents in libraries, the creation of an interactive environment in the work of a modern library as a sociocultural institute.
Conclusions. The implementation of the developed system when working with libraries to automate work with clients, the formation of a database of potential customers and other types of interaction with library respondents will significantly expand the range of relevant information in the areas of work with staff and customer relationships, more mobile to create a personnel policy and a policy of customer relations, bonus programs and the like. All this ultimately leads to a decrease in the risks of losing customers, staff errors and significantly affects the efficiency of modern libraries.
The purpose of the article is to investigate and consider the general trends, problems and prospects of using cloud computing and technologies in data processing, in particular optimization of their storage.
The research methodology consists of semantic analysis methods of the basic concepts of the considered subject area (cloud computing and cloud technologies). The article discusses approaches to storing data (including multimedia) in modern systems that support cloud computing and technologies.
The scientific novelty of the research is the analysis of cloud computing use and cloud technologies for data storage optimizing.
The conclusions of the research conducted in the article are as follows: the paper considered various aspects related to cloud computing and cloud technologies, including various advantages and disadvantages; cloud computing and cloud technologies can offer numerous benefits to various stakeholders; cloud computing and cloud technologies have some problems; it is noteworthy that by supporting the cloud computing and cloud technologies deployment and maintenance models, problems can be either minimized or eliminated since the dynamic characteristics of cloud computing and cloud technologies can always support users.
Background. Today, most of the «best practices» of functioning both in the developed sectors of the economy and in everyday life transactions are based on the use of advances in information technology. Informatization has brought great advantages to society, but there are also problems that all are facing.
Objectives. The article is devoted to the analysis problems of professional adaptation new generation designers to the modern requirements from informatization. The individuals’ peculiarities in social and professional adaptation to the requirements of the information society in the conditions of the digital revolution were considered.
The aim of the study consist in the analyze the role of digital competencies in the social and professional adaptation of designers of a new generation.
Methods. The research methodology is based on a system analysis of the processes which is taken a place in modern society ecosystem transformation by influence of digital revolution. To compare the strengths and weaknesses of traditional and modern transactions using digital competencies, a component decompositions approach was used to analyze the complex problem of studying the informatization influence vector on various aspects of culture formation.
Results. This report largely dedicates to prospective models for the transformation of typical activity tasks and new competencies that are induced under the digital revolution influence. The novelty lies in developing an approach to adapting people to the conditions of the information society, which can be used to solve problems of social and professional adaptation of designers. The rationale for the role of digital competencies as a key factor in the social and professional adaptation of new generation designers is presented under the conditions of the convergence of specializations and the reengineering of technological and business processes.
The purpose of the article is to reveal the importance of translation and adaptation of international IT standards in Ukraine.
Research methods. In preparation of the study such general scientific methods of cognition as analysis, synthesis were applied.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to find out the peculiarities of the process of harmonization of international IT standards in Ukraine, to emphasize the need for better translation of IT standards and to bring their content closer to practice.
Conclusions. In order to prevent the doubt that the introduction of international IT standards in Ukraine as national ones is capable of providing the Ukrainian IT sphere with the status of an important segment of the country’s national security, it is worth paying attention to such. Ukraine needs a scientific discussion, during which a consensus should be reached and directions for further strategy and tactics of IT development on international principles should be worked out. The strategy for implementing international IT standards in Ukraine should be theoretically substantiated and the needs and capabilities of national IT science to participate in the preparation of international standards should be clearly justified. This involves not only analyzing the theoretical foundations of implementing international IT standards, but also exploring trends in the development of international IT standards and the implications for Ukraine; as well as developing recommendations on the strategy for implementing international IT standards in Ukraine.
The purpose of the article is to study the processes of on-line servicing of various bank clients, review and the author's system description of remote banking services.
Research methods are methods of developing web applications, methods of semantic analysis of the main concepts of the subject domain (banking services of banking products). The article deals with the main functions of banking systems for servicing different classes of users (individuals, corporate legal entities, etc.). The article proposes and describes the function of the author's adaptive remote banking system, which allows the use of the wide possibilities of modern mobile applications and the Internet. The described functional involves the processing of accounts, corporate cards, banking products, and the like. All functionalities have been tested in the developed author adaptive system of remote banking services for clients of Bank PUMB.
The novelty of the research. The authors have proposed approaches to the flexibility of embedding the developed software product in the banking systems of other banks, minimizing the computational complexity of the algorithm of banking services for various banking products, and so on. These approaches are implemented in the author's adaptive system of remote banking services and provide a new level of efficiency of on-line servicing of bank clients. The developed interface of the system meets all the requirements for the banking systems interfaces.
The conclusion of the research consists in the proposed approach to banking customer service with the help of the author's adaptive remote banking system helps reduce the time for banking operations and minimize the information and technological resources necessary for the functioning of the system. Therefore, the proposed approach (in the form of an author's adaptive remote banking system) is an important factor in ensuring efficient banking services for banking products.
Radical changes in various spheres of life in recent decades in the context of the rapid development of the information society had an impact on the understanding of the role, functions and social significance of the book. The popularisation of Ukrainian thought, words, and books today acquires a new, defining meaning. When national cultural heritage is becoming an identifier of our people's identity, the issues of advertising the Ukrainian print edition are becoming relevant and significant. After all, the transformations of the book publishing industry are inextricably linked with changes in the cultural space. The presented monograph “Book advertising in independent Ukraine: state, problems and prospects” by V. Kulakovska is determined by the relevance and expediency of the topics raised and is an independent, original study. The socio-economic situation of independent Ukraine gave birth to a fundamentally new research problem - the place of book advertising in the book publishing industry, its features in comparison with other advertising communications, and its sociolinguistic parameters since it is precisely in the correct use of the book advertising potential under new conditions that we see one of the ways out of the crisis inherent book publishing industry.
One of the directions of the Strategy for the development of librarianship until 2025 is the development of effective communications, which requires the use of modern methods of communication. Storytelling as one of the methods of presenting information has been used for more than a decade in marketing, advertising, copywriting, pedagogy, and journalism. The purpose of the study is to outline the use of digital storytelling as a new form of communication with users and analysis of the implementation of the optional component “Digital storytelling” in the training program for information professionals. Realization of the purpose provides performance of such tasks: the analysis of scientific publications on a research theme; acquaintance with the experience of using digital storytelling in the information specialists’ activities, presentation of implementing a selective educational component in the educational process and the formation of competencies corresponding to the professional activities of information specialists. The research methodology of the study is based on general scientific and special methods. In particular, general scientific principles of systematic and comprehensive cognition and the unity of theory and practice are used. Methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization, content analysis, observation and forecasting are used. The scientific novelty of the study is to substantiate the feasibility of using digital storytelling methods in libraries, which became the basis for the introduction of the discipline “Digital storytelling” for students majoring in “Information, Archival and Library Affairs” at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. Conclusions. The importance of libraries’ effective communication and the use of innovative methods of working with users has been emphasized, in particular, the use of storytelling has been suggested. The application of digital storytelling for the realization of the communication function of libraries in the conditions of virtualization of library space has been investigated. The experience of introduction of the discipline “Digital storytelling” in the educational process is presented, the competencies formed by the discipline are outlined, and their correspondence to the professional activity of information specialists is analyzed.

The research methodology consists of semantic analysis methods of the basic concepts in this subject area (theory and practice of pattern recognition, in particular, facial images). The article considers the existing approaches to the development of systems for face recognition. The novelty of the research is the solution of facial recognition problems to determine access rights and authentication. Conclusions. The existing problems analyzed and the prospects for using facial recognition algorithms are becoming more accurate. Facial recognition has become an important part of artificial intelligence because it is used in social media, digital cameras and smart home automation.
The purpose of the article is to review the concepts for creating web applications, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modern technologies for weather forecasting. The article presents modern client-server technologies. The concept of a single-page application and other technologies that allow interaction between the client and the server online are discussed in detail. The development of an application for tracking weather conditions based on the architecture of the SPA is presented. The research methodology includes processing theoretical information and analyzing the architecture of the application, built on the principle of SPA, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of approaches to client-server interaction, using Angular, Vue, React libraries, using APIs to create applications. The novelty of the research is the analysis of the modern concepts and technologies that allow you to develop web applications that can be used to build a modern web application of the Single Page Application concept, a detailed analysis of Angular, Vue, React libraries and user interaction with such systems, analysis of Service Workers technology as a way of hashing. Conclusions. The article analyzes modern technologies for creating web applications, presents their advantages and disadvantages, discusses the concept of Single Page Application and describes the development of an application for tracking weather conditions, provides analogues for comparative characteristics, discusses problems that arise when the client part interacts with the server application of SPA principles.
The purpose of the study is to identify innovative approaches to distance learning for cultural and artistic students. Research methodology. Research methods are methods of observation and analytical and pedagogical research, a systematic approach and generalization while studying the problem of implementing innovative teaching methods during distance education. Scientific novelty. It is determined that during the preparation of cultural and artistic students, based on the application of innovative approaches, it is recommended to teach theory and practical work, i. e. process, simultaneously. It is defined that in the process of professional training of cultural and artistic profile students, the teachers apply professionally-oriented interactive game methods. Conclusions. It has been established that the innovative approach consists in modern modelling, organisation of non-standard lectures and practical, seminar classes. It has been determined that the implementation of an innovative approach is a complex process due to a large number of variables that should be taken into account both in the course and at the individual level. It has been determined that the transition to distance learning, based on the application of an innovative approach, will be useful for both students and teachers of cultural and artistic profiles. It has been found that after completing the curriculum during the preparation of cultural and artistic students based on an innovative approach, the future specialist should develop skills in such profile dimensions as creation, implementation and evaluation and analysis. It has been determined that as a result of training students of cultural and artistic profiles based on an innovative approach, they will gain the following key skills: communication skills, analytical, open mind and ability to transcend limits and experiment with new ideas, creativity, criticism and research skills, self-awareness, self-presentation, ability respond effectively to feedback, teamwork and collaboration, thinking skills, time management and organizational skills, resilience and self-discipline.

The purpose of the article is to study modern university libraries as centres of communication through the prism of scientific and social aspects. Research methodology. To implement this task, some theoretical and general scientific research methods were used, among which we note the analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, and concretization. Equally important was the method of comparison, which was used to compare the practice of using university libraries in Ukraine and other European countries. The method of abstraction used in the analysis of general theoretical approaches and the formation of recommendations for the use of university libraries in modern higher education institutions in Ukraine involves the ascent from abstract ideas to concrete facts. Scientific novelty. For the first time, an important and underestimated development vector of the scientific space of university libraries was noted, which will allow optimizing their activities in the future, transforming them from ordinary reading rooms into a creative scientific space, profitable and accessible to visitors. Conclusions. The article considers the peculiarities of the modern university libraries functioning through the prism of the communicative function. The main focus is on the transformation of the library space and its focus on modern requirements for the formation of creative “territory” for scientific conferences, including international, free exchange of views during student tournaments, excursions and celebrations, seminars or lectures, etc. It has been established that university libraries in modern conditions are universal institutions that perform much broader functions of information retrieval than previously thought. Until now, the academic community has not been sufficiently aware of this process. As the analysis of several projects has shown, in modern conditions it is possible to further develop this aspect.

Методами дослідження є методи семантичного аналізу основних понять цієї предметної сфери (візуалізація статистичних і наукових даних). У статті розглянуто підходи до візуалізації інформації.
Новизною проведеного дослідження є аналіз математичного і статистичного апарату, який може застосовуватися для візуалізації статистичних і наукових даних, і опис деяких аспектів візуалізації.
Висновки. У роботі досліджено наявні погляди на візуалізацію даних, яка є поданням деяких даних у графічній формі та може бути використана з метою маркетингової діяльності, а також види об’єктів інфографіки та критерії її створення. Враховуючи результати проведеного аналізу, автори прийняли рішення щодо розробки программного продукту візуалізації статистичних і наукових даних, визначили його математичне обґрунтування.
The purpose of the article is to investigate and consider common problems of automation and informatization of activities in the tourism sphere, review and describe the author’s information system for the generation, formation and optimization of tourist routes.
Research methods are methods of decision theory, methods of optimization, methods of semantic analysis of the subject area’s basic concepts (tourism sphere). The article deals with the approaches to the generation and formation of optimal tourist routes, implemented in the corresponding author’s system.
The novelty of the research is the approaches proposed by the authors to formulate optimal tourist routes, which are based on minimizing parameters (such as risks and costs of tourism enterprises and their clients) and maximizing parameters due to customer requirements (such as route comfort, number of tourist sites). These approaches are implemented in the author’s system of formation and optimization of tourist routes. The proposed approach provides a new level of efficiency in tourism.
The conclusion of the research conducted in the article is that the formation and optimization of tourist routes using the author’s information system helps to reduce risks and additional costs for both tourist enterprises and their customers. Therefore, the search for ways of information and technological support for the processes occurring in the tourism sector (in the form of an author’s information system) is an important factor in ensuring the efficient formation of optimal tourist routes.
The article deals with the general problems associated with the development of video games, in particular, the creation of a reliable system deformation game environment.
The purpose of the article is to study and describe some possible solutions for optimizing the process of building and modifying video game objects that can be deformed in a two‐dimensional space.
The main research methods are the methods of computational geometry over the external and internal contours of graphic objects of a video game. The article describes the process of creating a gaming world with a digital image, including the use of computer vision techniques – the removal of image contours. The problem of withdrawal of discrete objects of the image, which allows to represent these objects in the gaming environment, is considered. The contours should describe the object as accurately as possible, while it is necessary to ensure high performance of the collision detection system, for which optimization was performed to reduce the number of contour vertices while maintaining the detail of the object. The algorithm used for tracing contours based on the use of vector algebra is described.
The novelty of the study is a modified contour tracing algorithm developed by the authors, which is based on the use of vector algebra and is distinguished by the correctness of finding external and internal contours with arbitrary input parameters.
The main conclusions of the survey are the simplification in the creation and operation of the subsystem of the landscape deformation. The proposed modified algorithm for tracing the external contour provides a system for deforming the landscape. The results of using the contour tracing algorithm in the practical development of an interactive computer crossplatform video game are presented.

The article considers approaches to the development and operation of a universal server discord-bot. The scientific novelty is the analysis of the modern messenger systems functioning and universal server bots that can be used to develop the user’s own bot, such as music or game content, a description of some aspects of such development The conclusion of the research conducted in the article is that the paper examines the existing views on modern messenger systems that can be used to develop their own universal server bots. Taking into account the results of the analysis, the authors decided to develop a software product – a universal server bot based on Discord with the ability to search for music from YouTube, channel administration, and view the weather.

Оцінка впливу інтернет-залежності на окрему особистість та соціальні групи, аналіз її впливу на становлення моральних цінностей та культуру поведінки в суспільстві. Визначення дії надлишку інформації, на девальвацію етичних норм людської цивілізації, що є найнебезпечнішим і непоправним наслідком активного вторгнення Інтернету в усі сфери діяльності людей.
Методи дослідження вивчення джерел впливу інформації з інтернет-мережі, як одного із засобів, впливу на формування світосприйняття населення, що є важливим аспектом навчання й морального виховання, та відіграє важливу роль у процесі формування особистості. З Інтернету люди дізнаються про норми поведінки, яка розцінюється в суспільстві як відповідна тій чи іншій соціальній групі. Соціальні мережі, доступність інформації в інтернет так чи інакше формує світогляд людей та їхні цінності. Найбільш відчутний вплив інтернет чинить на молодих людей як найбільш сприйнятливих споживачів інформації. Методи впливу інформації отриманої з інтернету на формування ціннісних, морально-духовних орієнтацій особистості вивчається відносно нещодавно, при цьому багато проблем у даній галузі ще не охоплено.
Новизна дослідження особливості впливу інтернету на морально-духовні та соціальні цінності особистості. У статті висвітлюються позитивні та негативні сторони сприйняття інформації через інтернет. Зосереджується увага на розповсюдження різнопланової інформації через соціальні мережі, та спрямування її на різні соціальні та вікові групи.
Висновки. В результаті дослідження визначено вплив інтернету на особистість і моральні цінності людини, як масового засобу впливу, основного джерела інформації для більшості населення. Доведено, що на першому плані при цьому виявляється груповий інтерес, а на другому – пізнавальний. Встановлено, що Інтернет здійснює двоякий вплив на особистість: негативний, з одного боку, це анонімність, віртуальне хижацтво, інтернет-залежність, інформаційна небезпека; та позитивний: освітній і корисний досвід. Крім того користувачі здатні до аналізу отриманої інформації, намагаються її «фільтрувати», що позитивно впливає на логічне мислення, пам’ять, увагу.
The purpose of the article is to study and consider the general problems of automation, informatization and robotization of activities in the pharmacy sector, consideration, description and analysis of the processes of robotization of automatic drug dispensing in pharmacies in different countries and Ukraine in particular.
Research methods are methods of semantic analysis of the basic concepts of the considered subject area (pharmacy sphere). The article considers the approaches to the robotization of pharmacy activities, in particular the automatic delivery of drugs in the pharmacy.
The novelty of the research is the analysis of pharmacy robots, the history of their appearance, the main functions of pharmacy robots, functional diagram and software, problems and prospects of robotics in pharmacy in Ukraine, as well as their own vision for software development for such robots.
The conclusion of the research conducted in the article is that with the development of pharmacy robots should develop and appropriate software for them: the implementation of new functions, better optimization of existing, optimization of requests to reduce the total working time and more. Given these aspects, nowadays the development of software for pharmacy work is relevant, in demand and appropriate. Therefore, the search for ways of information and technological support of the processes taking place in the pharmacy sector is an important factor in ensuring the effective functioning of pharmacy robots.
The purpose of the article is to research, analyze and consider the general problems and prospects of using the principle of implementing dependencies in the development of web applications in the PHP language. Research methods are methods of semantic analysis of the basic concepts of this subject area (web technologies and web applications). The article considers the existing approaches to control inversion based on the use of the dependency implementation template. The novelty of the research is to solve the control inversion problems based on a template when designing web applications. The conclusion of the research conducted in the article is that the existing problems and prospects for the application of the principle of dependency implementation in web applications with program code written in PHP have been analyzed. Taking into account the results of the analysis, the authors have developed a system for automating the implementation of dependencies, which is important for solving problems of improving the efficiency of web application development processes in PHP.
The purpose of the article is to research, analyze and consider the general problems and prospects for the development of a CareBot chatbot with the possibility, in particular, of mental support based on the use of new technologies. The research methodology consists in methods of semantic analysis of the basic concepts of this subject area (chatbots). The article discusses the approaches to the development and operation of the CareBot chatbot. The novelty of the research is the analysis of the functioning of modern messenger systems and chatbots, the results of which can be used to develop your own chatbot, which is a user’s assistant with his mental support, and a description of some aspects of such development. Conclusions. The paper examines the existing views on modern chatbots, which can be used to develop your own chatbot – a human helper. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors decided to develop chatbot CareBot to improve a person’s emotional state.
The purpose of the study is to review the possible application of augmented reality technologies in modern media libraries and to argue the feasibility of using innovative developments in creating an updated information space for libraries. The research methodology is based on analysing existing innovative technologies used in libraries to modernize the media space, particularly the ways of applying augmented reality during the transformation of information centres in the media library. Scientific novelty. The paper presents an overview of existing ways of applying augmented reality technology in the information space organisation of modern media libraries, as well as offers new technological ways of library development and gives examples of AR use not only to promote reading or reference. Conclusions. The use of augmented reality technology in the development of media libraries is not a completely new trend. Everyone has long been familiar with augmented reality books, fairy tales, and educational materials. Nor is it an absolute innovation to use AR in research. Accepting today’s challenges, the library should not remain for all a common book depository, the only innovation where there is the use of modern digital technologies to access the resources of the collection. Due to the progress of the information society, the transformation of the library into a media library involves the creation of a radically new information space, which will provide a variety of information needs of users: from education to travel planning. This approach inevitably requires the use of digital technologies, including virtual and augmented reality technologies. The article considers various ways of using AR technologies, as well as the results of a student survey to create an innovative library space.
One of the most problematic places is the lack of systematic research on the requirements of modern business to automated tools for analysis and control aimed at optimizing enterprise resources.
The purpose of the article is to analyze and study modern analysis of business analysis in ERP-systems, as well as analysis of the current capabilities of business analysis tools and mechanisms for automated enterprise resource management.
The research objects are the functional and features of modern business analysis tools in ERP-class systems on the IT-market of Ukraine.

Information technologies for implementing automation systems according to the Smart Home concept were further developed. Conclusions. The study reviews the area of the Smart Home concept, which is an example of home automation, an important area of the Internet of Things. The development of computer games is an urgent task that attracts a lot of developers not only from the point of view of creating entertainment content, but also from the point of view of scientific research. Of particular interest is the game «Battleship», which at first glance may seem completely dependent on certain probability events.
The purpose of the article is to study the mathematical models and probabilistic processes used to create the game «Sea Battle» and the development of a software application that can be used on various operating platforms.
The research methods are the methods of the mathematical theory of games, the analysis of the algorithms for the location of ships and attacks using elements of combinatorics. The article is dedicated to the approaches to creating a cross‐platform software game application and a mathematical model of the game «Sea Battle» based on probability theory.
The novelty of the study is the proposed algorithm for creating the game «Sea Battle» based on a mathematical model built using elements of probability theory and matrix calculus.
Findings. The paper compares the most common algorithms for the game of naval combat. As a result of the study, the existing models and methods for creating the game «Sea Battle» were analyzed and an improved algorithm for developing a software application for use on various operating systems was proposed.
The purpose of the article is to use the latest information technologies to clearly reflect the impact of various factors on the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The creation of a dashboard (PoltP, 2017) to visualize the statistics of the COVID-19 epidemic in the spring of 2021 is considered in detail. The research methodology lies in the use of a systematic analysis of statistical data. The novelty of the study is the combination of diverse statistical information for preliminary qualitative analysis of a complex epidemiological situation. Conclusions. The material presented in the article gives a clear example of the use of various data to visualize the epidemiological situation. The possibility of loading statistical data of any format into a common source for the analysis of the influence on the general level of disease distribution is shown.
The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence of multibiometric identification of students and substantiate the feasibility of its use to improve quality and minimize errors in recognizing it using voice and visual biometric identifiers stored in audio files, video and photo images. Research Methodology. A systematic approach to determining the software requirements for a multibiometric human identification system, sound processing methods, neural network models as classifiers that identify a person by the vector of voice characteristics and methods of visual identification of a person by video stream and photo images were applied. Scientific Novelty. Methods for identifying the speaker’s voice signs, methods for identifying and registering a person by his voice signs, algorithms for visual identification of a person from her images in a video stream and from photo images based on the Viola-Jones, Eigenface and FisherFace algorithms have been further developed, and the architecture of a multibiometric identification system has been designed. Conclusions. Multibiometric identification of the student by voice and visual biometric indicators for the distance education system are offered. The system allows the extraction of acoustic characteristics from recording human language and further assignment of the obtained data to one of the predefined classes (speakers). A multilayer neural network (MNN) was used as a classifier. The classifier is trained on 43832 audio files from 108 speakers. MNN showed an accuracy of 91% in the test sample. The face in the frame is detected at the video stream frame processing stage, and the detected face is recognized. The system performed face recognition based on finding the most appropriate template of basic images stored in the database. A software system for recognizing and indexing people on video simultaneously with the identification of a person by voice has been developed, to use in the educational process for recording attendance at distance learning classes.
The purpose of the research is to substantiate the prospects for the use of software engineering methods in the development of projects of hotel and restaurant business, as well as to demonstrate the capabilities of modern information technology in the design of large hotel businesses. Research methodology. The method of system analysis, structural modeling, as well as CASE-tools of software engineering, in particular the line of CASE-tools BPwin, AllFusion Process Modeler 7, erwin Data Modeler (Erwin user community 2021), which allows automatically building an IDEF0 model of any complexity, are used. The novelty of the research and the practical significance of the obtained results is the possibilities’ demonstration of software engineering methods during the business projects development in the field of services. Conclusions. Innovations are a decisive factor in determining new management technologies in the hotel and restaurant and tourism business. The development of modern information technologies greatly simplifies the stage of designing business processes through a hierarchical representation of objects in the subject area in the form of graphical structures. This makes it possible to provide group work on the creation of the model with the direct involvement of all analysts and specialists involved in the creation of the project. There are a large number of software products that allow you to automate the construction of graphical models. Today their application in the sphere of services is actual. The article gives an example of using CASE-technology to create a functional model of a modern hotel.
The purpose of the article is to review the developed universal system of business analysis and to present the main advantages of the system in comparison with modern advertising and analysis systems. The article also explains the principle by which you can increase the effectiveness of conversions.
Research methods are a description of the system and the analysis of existing software products and their disadvantages compared with the software product developed; introduction of the concept of a universal customer ID as the main component of the analysis; in-depth analysis of the problem of increasing conversion.
The novelty of the research is the method of analyzing the analysis to a specific client with the help of a universal client identifier, which enables the manager and the director of a business engaged in the sale or provision of services, to analyze the inflow of new customers and the outflow of old ones, the display of the number of regular customers at intervals with the opportunity display in various forms and types (list of universal client ids, table statistics, chart statistics, etc.).
Conclusions The described system consists in applying an analytical analysis of client activity with an anchor to its universal identifier (mobile number), which allows comparing different variants of service conversion over time intervals with clear and transparent statistics.
The purpose of the article is to study, analyze and consider the general problems and prospects of using navigation systems in a virtual environment on mobile devices using Google Cardboard virtual reality glasses. The research methodology consists of the methods of semantic analysis of the basic concepts of a given subject area (navigation systems in virtual environments). The article discusses the existing approaches to the development of navigation systems. The novelty of the research is the solution of navigation problems in mobile applications that operate in virtual reality. Conclusions. The work analyzed the existing problems and prospects for the use of navigation systems in mobile applications that can be used in the field of education gamification. Taking into account the results of the analysis, the authors have developed a navigation system that is important for solving problems of improving the effectiveness of gamification of learning processes (especially distance, online learning, e-learning).
The purpose of the article is to carry out theoretical analysis and synthesis of prospects for the development of distance learning in Ukraine, to consider the main current problems of distance education in Ukraine, to analyze the main factors hindering the introduction of distance learning, to draw attention to the need for computer literacy distance learning methodologies, in particular a unified, systematic, nationwide approach to organization, coordination and control in this area. The research methodology consists in analytical method, method of structural-functional analysis, phenomenological method, method of content analysis, method of general philosophical reflection, basic sociological methods (questionnaires, interviews). The scientific novelty of the research lies in clarifying the current state of integration of distance learning in Ukrainian schools and clarifying the features of the process of introducing distance learning in general. The article also analyzed the works of foreign fundamentalist scientists in the field of distance learning and partially substantiated the feasibility of their implementation in the domestic system of distance learning. Based on the study, innovative hypotheses have been put forward regarding the factors (individual, collective and social) that inhibit the introduction of distance learning and often lead to its inefficiency and formalization, which in the future can be a reference point for future scientific research.

The article first describes the working principle of the following sites ‘The First Ukrainian Service to Increase Uniqueness and Reduce Plagiarism’, ‘Pidvyschyty-antiplagiat.rf’, ‘Anti-antiplagiat.rf’, ‘Anti-plagiat killer’, the work’s mechanism of which is to increase artificially the originality of the text. Conclusions. The study has established that eye-catching site titles that promise to increase the percentage of the work uniqueness are not a guarantee that such cheat will not be noticed during verification. Identifying methods for modifying the text of the scientific paper is one of a specialist’s tasks who checks academic papers. Therefore, there is an increasing need to deepen knowledge in the field of computer technology every time, to develop the ability to think logically, to improve the level of qualifications, getting acquainted with the experience of colleagues. The presence of anti-plagiarism systems, the software of which is constantly updated, simplifies the search for matches, saves time and human resources aimed at analysing the submitted file and identifying signs of academic integrity violation.
The purpose of the article is to identify and reveal the introduction and improvement essence of the automated library information system “Mark-SQL” in the Volyn Regional Library for Children, to study the rational use of digital technologies and library resources. The research methodology is based on the application of a systematic approach as a general scientific principle for computerization of library processes to find potential users through all possible channels of communication (directly among children). The scientific novelty of the research is in the fact that the article has further studied and developed innovative approaches to the expanded introduction of the latest library information technologies in library practice. Also, the concepts of “web-lesson” and “professional guidance project” are revealed and analyzed. Conclusions. The study focuses on the transformation of forms and methods of providing modern, high-quality library services as well as remote work with the usage of digital technologies, by using which the library, especially in times of a crisis, is looking for a new paradigm. There is a trend for the rapid growth of libraries’ electronic resources, which need not only to be accumulated, but also to be stored, used, and promoted among users for educational and training purposes. To promote the image of libraries among the younger generation, the communication campaigns aimed at students are introduced to make them understand the role of reading in the development of critical and creative thinking as well as to involve them in the usage of IT technologies. It was found that the use of automated technologies allows revealing modern innovative forms of library activities that make visitors return to literature, and social values, and help to develop, through children, the interest in books and library among parents, who, in most cases, have lost such interest.

The novelty of the research is the implementation of a new training course on the use of modern means of data visualization in the form of cloud LMS. Conclusions. The material presented in the article gives a clear example of cloud technology usage in distance education. The materials of the training course “Information and Analytical Programs and Services” are implemented in the form of a cloud LMS based on the Google Classroom platform using a modern structure of material presentation.

The purpose of the article is to research, analyze and consider general problems and prospects for the development of voice command recognition systems using the capabilities of neural networks, using the latest neural network technologies. The research methodology consists in methods of semantic analysis of this subject area’s basic concepts (voice command recognition systems). The existing systems and recognition algorithms are considered in the article. The scientific novelty of the research is the analysis of modern voice recognition systems, the results of which can be used in the development of their own recognition system based on the use of improved speech models and recurrent neural network learners. Conclusions. The efficiency of using neural networks for voice command recognition tasks is proved. Based on the research, a speech recognition system based on neural networks has been developed using an improved speech model.
The purpose of the research is to identify the features of intercultural dialogue in the context of global communication and information revolution, to reveal changes in the principle of intercultural dialogue in the new environment and to show the impact of culture on modern international relations. Research methodology. Analytical research methods based on methods of analysis and synthesis were used by the authors to reveal the essence of dialogue and its disclosure as a universal method of research not only personality but also culture when the cultural basis turns dialogue into the need of everyday life. Scientific novelty. Peculiarities of dialogue as a basis of intercultural interaction in modern conditions are revealed. The concepts of dialogue and discussion, as well as intrapersonal dialogue within each social subject, in the consciousness of each person, where there are two different positions of consciousness, are revealed and analyzed. Conclusions. The study analyzes new approaches to the principle of intercultural dialogue for intercultural interaction. It is shown that modern culture enters into dialogue only as a whole, characterized by the unity of meanings, their perfection and certainty. The circumstances under which culture in times of crisis seeks its paradigm in a new way are analyzed. It is emphasized that each culture enters into a dialogue in its own unique manner. It is proved that culture cannot exist without the eternal search for the Other, comparison and collation with it. The need for intercultural communication for the effective development of modern international relations based on mutual respect and tolerance is studied.
The purpose of the article is to find out the essence of digital diplomacy as a component of public diplomacy. The research methodology is based on the application of an interdisciplinary approach, which made it possible to clarify the specifics of the discourse of digital diplomacy. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the attempt to comprehensively analyze the discourse of digital diplomacy as a component of public diplomacy in the subject area of information affairs. Conclusions. It is noted that due to the development of new methods of analyzing the behaviour of social network users, digital diplomacy has become an effective tool not only in political information campaigns but also in cultural policy. For this purpose, services and special web-applications SocioViz, NVivo, Google Trends, etc. are used. Today, the effectiveness of the message in digital diplomacy is achieved by maximizing the range of readers and viewers. It is concluded that digital diplomacy has the capacity to implement a policy of ‘soft power’, to develop concerted action to overcome society and political and socio-cultural crises, as well as to develop measures to prevent them. It is emphasized that the processing of big data and the use of artificial intelligence for the purposes of digital diplomacy is a requirement of the time (so-called data diplomacy).
Метою статті є аналіз таких понять як «цифрова грамотність», «цифрові компетентності», «цифрове споживання», «оцифрування суспільства», що дозволить визначити роль і місце сучасних університетів в процесах становлення нової концепції вищої освіти в статті аналізуються передумови, які стали вирішальними факторами для всебічного впровадження цифрової грамотності в навчальний процес університетів, розглядаються питання, пов'язані з цифровими компетенціями студентів і організацією вищої освіти в постіндустріальному суспільстві, розглядається роль цифрового освіти в процессах трансформації економіки країни і формування єдиного цифрового простору, визначаються цілі та завдання університетів при реформуванні вищої освіти, пропонується модель оцінки цифрової компетенції студентів.
Методи дослідження: аналіз (поділ загальної концепції «цифрової компетентності» на складові елементи), синтез (об'єднання розділених і досліджених частин), індукція (узагальнений розгляд цифрових технологій і цифрових компетенцій), дедукція (перехід від загального сприйняття цифрових технологій і цифрових компетенцій до визначення властивостей і характеристик індивідуальних компетенцій і навичок), абстракція (визначення особливостей, властивих цифровим компетенціям), конкретизація (вивчення особливостей окремих цифрових компетентностей).
Науковою новизною статті є модель цифрової грамотності студентів, розроблена на основі пірамідальної моделі з урахуванням концепції цифрової компетенції. Ця модель заснована на високому рівні розуміння та узагальнення цифрових навичок студентів. Метою використання запропонованої моделі є визначення всіх сфер знань, вмінь та навичок, які слід розглянути для формування та оцінювання цифрової компетенції. Запропонована модель є достатньо гнучкою і може бути адаптована до різних цільових груп студентів та цифрових користувачів.
Основними висновками дослідження можна вважати:
1. Впровадження цифрових технологій у вищу освіту для підвищення рівня цифрової грамотності є нагальною вимогою часу.
2. Метою впровадження цифрових технологій у вищу освіту є підготовка висококваліфікованих фахівців для роботи в постіндустріальному суспільстві.
3. Сучасне життя вимагає впровадження цифрових технологій у абсолютно всіх сферах людської діяльності.

The purpose of the article is to consider the main components of motivation in learning and identify ways to increase the cognitive motivation of students to self-education; to characterize the process of improving the training of future professionals in modern education and the concept of motivating students to self-education. The research methodology consists of a systematic approach, principles of scientific and pedagogical research and pedagogical observation, as well as methods of systematization and generalization (to understand the set of factors, mechanisms and processes, covering the concept of motivation; analysis of basic concepts of motivating students to self-education). The scientific novelty is to determine ways to form the motivation of cognitive independence as a dynamic process that determines human behaviour. Conclusions. The concept of motivation covers a set of factors, mechanisms, and processes that stimulate the emergence of real or potentially directed activity, particularly the formation of motivation for self-learning. It is emphasized that the scientific-cognitive motive contributes to a high level of independence in a person who does not need external stimuli. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the methodology of increasing students’ cognitive motivation for self-education, considering motivation as a process of motivating action to achieve a certain goal. It is proved that the ways of forming cognitive independence can be ways of mastering educational material, the order of staffing students in groups, the relationship between motive and purpose, the availability and accessibility of educational and methodological support, the use of interactive technologies, creating a problem situation and finding solutions, procedural theory of expectation, organization of motivational effect, as well as introspection methods, game technologies, psychological and pedagogical training, methodical means of communicative attack, proof and persuasion, suggestion, overcoming obstacles, delegation, consolidating positive impressions, solving problems through dialogic conversation, the use of interactive technologies.
One of the most important components of any information technology is decision-making. Whenever during the application of information technology it is necessary to choose one of the possible alternatives, taking into account certain conditions, methods of decision making theory are used. Being an independent scientific and applied branch, the decision making theory offers a toolkit for the information technology development and implementation.
The purpose of the work is to review the main provisions of decision-making as a component of information technologies used in the sociocultural sphere.
Methodology of the research. Decision-making is based on a system analysis of objects and processes and can be used to study various problems that relate to the sociocultural sphere.
The novelty of the research is to use the methods and tasks of making decisions theory when creating and implementing information technologies, in particular, which are used in the sociocultural sphere.
Conclusions. The formal formulation and main classes of decision-making problems are considered in the article. Their use in the creation and implementation of information technologies, in particular in the sociocultural sphere, is discussed. The features of classes of decision-making problems and corresponding methods for their solution are demonstrated. Essential examples are given.
The purpose of the article is to improve the study of such software products, as systems of the automated engineering’s and economic calculations of Excel and MathCAD which are resulted the detailed decision of optimization task, as to one of major and labour intensive in economic calculations.
The research methods are mathematical modeling methods for solving linear programming problems, that promotes higher levels and training quality of the specialists requires the solution of a whole range of tasks: development and support of systems thinking, providing all kinds of cognitive activity, development and consolidation of skills and abilities in conjunction with active teaching methods.

The aim of the article is to analyze the problem of socialization of modern youth in the era of total digitalization, the study of computer games as a powerful agent of socialization of youth. To achieve this goal it is necessary: to analyze the features of the impact of games on the process of socialization of youth and the formation of new values, to focus on the concepts of «cybersocialization» and «cyberradiation».
The research methods are analytical method, method of included observation, method of structural-functional analysis, phenomenological method.
The novelty of the study is to determine the characteristics of the impact of computer games on the moral and social values of modern youth and socio-philosophical analysis of the impact of computers and network technologies of the modern world on the formation of values and consciousness of adolescents in a globalized world.
The article considers the impact of computer addiction on the socialization of young people and the formation of human values. The concepts of «cybersocialization» and «cyberradication» are revealed. The causal links between computer games and the violation of the formation of correct social values are established, the influence of computer addiction on the deterioration of communication skills and increased aggression of adolescents is shown.
Conclusions. According to the study, due to the systematic use of computer technology in young people reduced academic performance, due to a sedentary lifestyle and minimization of physical activity there are certain diseases, there is a phenomenon of social loneliness, reduced activity and cleanliness, while increasing the level of alienation from social norms and values, eventually there is a social exclusion of the individual.
The purpose of the article is to find new methods and means of teaching computer science The research methodology consists of system analysis and classification of demonstration teaching methods. The novelty of the study is the use of screencasting when creating an educational video channel for teaching computer disciplines (Davletkaliev, 2008). Conclusions. In this work, on the example of creating an educational Internet channel, the possibility of increasing the effectiveness of using the video method in the process of teaching computer-oriented disciplines is shown.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the technical and legal components of the problem of cybercrime, as well as an overview of informatization and legal regulation of information relations, this is a topical issue because digital technologies have confidently entered modern life, and, unfortunately, have become tools for crimes such as terrorism, espionage, fraud, theft, child pornography, etc.
The research methods are methods of analysis of legal relations in the field of information and computer technologies, classification of cybercrimes and the impact of digital dishonesty on society both from a moral and from a legal or economic point of view.
The novelty of the study is the disclosure of the essence of the criminal violation of the functioning of information systems, and the technical and technological side of the crime. The consequences of such crimes can be quite tragic, even though the way they are committed differs significantly from traditional terrorist acts or man-made disasters. Given these factors, the perpetration and analysis of cybercrime is a pressing and important issue today, and given the rapid development of digital technology, new methods of committing crimes are emerging, and therefore there is a need to develop and analyze modern approaches to their prevention.
Conclusions. An important difference between computer crimes is, so to speak, the absence of traditional signs of a crime, such as fingerprints, physical evidence, and so on. The specificity of computer crimes is also the phenomenon of computer encroachment tools. Unlike traditional methods of crime (weapons, knives, etc.), the tools of computer crime are various software tools for computer intervention.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the known methods of ordering in computer science. The research methodology consists of methods of ordered pairs, relations, Gödel numbering, and Glushkov’s system of algorithmic algebras. The scientific novelty is to create a method of both description and transformation of orders. Conclusions. In the methods of ordered pairs, relations, Gödel numbering, mathematical logic, Post and Turing machines, and the modified system of Glushkov’s algorithmic algebras there is no possibility of equivalent transformations of orders which are available in algorithms.
