Advance hope, medical science, statistical science, and your career as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Biostatistics at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As a fellow you will join our faculty in the Department of Biostatistics in providing statistical support and developing innovative statistical methods for research projects at the cutting edge of biomedical research. A position is available in statistical research to develop and improve individualized treatment rules using machine learning methods on electronic health records data and clinical trial studies.
A Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or closely related field is required. Appointment is for two years. Applicants must have a strong computational background and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
