Job description

The Department of Environmental Science at Baylor University seeks an outstanding environmental scientist at the rank of Lecturer.  Environmental Science is a growing and dynamic department at the nexus of Baylor University’s strategic vision.  Our Department has strengths in the areas of environmental assessment, management, policy, and health.  Much of our current expertise involves biotic and abiotic processes in water and air.  We seek a faculty member who can augment our capabilities in these areas and expand our capacity to engage undergraduate research.

This is a full-time teaching position.  The successful candidate may serve as a supervisor for undergraduate research projects. The position carries the service responsibilities of regular Baylor faculty, including representing the department at graduation and undergraduate recruitment events, and assignments on departmental and university committees.  The position is slated to begin in August of 2023.  Please apply at apply.interfolio.com/106504.
