ABSTRAK Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi panel surya adalah suhu pada modul panel surya. Efisiensi panel surya akan menurun seiring dengan naiknya suhu panel surya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu mekanisme pendinginan pada sistem panel surya untuk dapat meningkatkan efisiensi panel surya. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah sistem pendinginan panel surya dengan metode penyemprotan air dan pengontrolan suhu air. Jika suhu telah mencapai 40oC, pompa yang terdapat pada bak penampungan air akan bekerja mengalirkan air ke permukaan panel surya. Dengan demikian, suhu pada panel surya dapat dikontrol agar sesuai dengan set point yang diinginkan yakni di bawah 40oC. Sistem pengontrolan suhu air dengan peltier dan fan dilakukan untuk mengontrol suhu air di dalam bak penampungan air agar tetap berada pada suhu maksimal 39oC. Sistem pendinginan panel surya pada penelitian ini mampu meningkatkan daya keluaran panel surya sebesar 30,19%. Kata kunci: panel surya, pendingin, semprotan air, peltier ABSTRACT The solar panels efficiency can be affected by the the temperature of the solar panel module. It will decrease as the temperature of the solar panels increases. Therefore, a cooling mechanism in the solar panel system is needed to increase the efficiency of the solar panels. In this study, a solar panel cooling system was designed with the method of spraying water and controlling water temperature. If the temperature has reached 40oC, the pump in the water reservoir will work to circulate water to the surface of the solar panel. Thus, the temperature on the solar panel can be controlled to match the desired set point, which is below 40oC. The water temperature control system with peltier and fan is carried out to control the temperature of the water in the water reservoir so that it remains at the maximum temperature of 39oC. The solar panel cooling system in this study was able to increase the solar panel output power by 30.19% when using the cooling system. Keywords: solar panels, cooling, water spray, peltier
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected day-to-day activities. Some families experienced a positive impact, such as an increase of bonding between family members. However, there are families that experienced a negative effect, such as the emergence of various conflicts that lead to a divorce. Based on the literature, it can be stated that the COVID-19 pandemic contributed to the increasing number of divorce rates. This paper proposes a convolutional neural network (CNN) classification algorithm in determining the dominant causes of the increase in divorce rate during the COVID-19 pandemic. CNN is considered suitable for classifying large amounts of data. The data used as research materials are available on the official website of the Indonesian Supreme Court. This research utilizes Supreme Court divorce decisions from March 2020 to July 2021, which constitutes 15,997 datasets. The proposed number of layers implemented during the classification is four. The results indicate that the classification using CNN is able to provide an accuracy value of 96% at the 100 th epoch. To provide a baseline comparison, the classical support vector machine (SVM) method was performed. The result confirms that CNN outweighs SVM. It is expected that the results will help any parties to provide a suitable anticipation based on the classified dominant causes of the divorce during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Joseph Biden came to the oval office with his wealth of experience in government affairs, including as the chair in the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee. According to his campaign promises, the upcoming Biden administration’s foreign policy is aimed at improving the US’ international credibility based on liberal values. This article will further examine his political aspirations, based on the speech, campaign promises, and official statements. The argument is that although the US would be likely to embrace liberal values under his administration, international constraints may limit his ability in foreign policy agenda-setting. In managing its relations with China, for example, the US would be more likely to be driven by its interest rather than its values, particularly by continuing the anti-China coalition with its allies in the Indo-Pacific.
The water level on peatlands is one of the causes of peatland fires, so water levels must be maintained at a safe standard value. Government Regulation No. 71/2014 stipulates water level standard value is 0.4 meters. The forest and land fires in 2015 caused huge losses of 220 trillion Rupiah. However, fires still occur frequently. BRGM (Peatland and Mangrove Restoration Agency) installed sensors measuring peatland water levels to obtain real-time water level data. These data can be used to predict water levels. Several previous studies used drought indices, regression models, and artificial neural networks to predict water levels. In this study, it is proposed to use deep learning Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and apply the CRISP-DM methodology. The dataset in this study contains water level data from 15 measurement stations in Central Kalimantan from 2018 through 2021. It was concluded that the LSTM model was able to predict water level well, as indicated by the average RMSE of 0.07 m, the average R2 of 0.85, and the average MAE of 0.04 m. The optimal LSTM model parameters are 50 epochs, a 70%:30% ratio of training data to testing data, and 2 hidden layers.
Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi saat ini membawa pengaruh besar dalam proses pencarian informasi. Kita dapat melihat pertumbuhan yang sangat besar pada volume berita online yang tersedia pada jaringan internet, maupun pada jaringan lainnya. Salah satunya adalah sosial media yang memilik banyak informasi yang mengenai artikel-artikel berita atau artikel-artikel informasi lainnya. Berita merupakan sumber informasi mengenai kejadian terkini yang mana dapat ditemukan pada internet dan media sosial. Saat ini berita-berita yang disebarkan terutama berita mengenai politik yang dapat mengakibatkan salah penafsiran karena berita tersebut belum tentu benar atau salah sehingga dibutuhkan pengklasifikasian artikel politik apakah termasuk dalam kategori hoax atau non hoax. Hoax adalah berita kebohongan yang disebar untuk memperoleh kepercayaan agar masyarakat akan merasa yakin bahwa konten tersebut benar. Dampak lain dari hoax dapat merugikan emosi hingga finansial masyarakat. Proses klasifikasi hoax menggunakan tahap preprossessing yang terdiri dari tokenization dan stemming. Dilanjutkan dengan proses pembobotan kata dan jaccard similarity hingga proses klasifkasi dengan menggunakan metode Vector Space Model (VSM). Hasil evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan confusion matrix, dimana diperoleh hasil precision sebesar 0,92 recall sebesar 0,80 dan akurasi didapatkan sebesar 87 %.
Imprisonment is often the most preferred choice of punishment in the eyes of law enforcement officers. As a result, prison overcrowding is inevitable and leads to the emergence of various problems in prisons. The discourse of alternative sentencing has recently gained increasing prominence in the Indonesian public with a view to addressing such problems amid the ongoing review of the Draft Criminal Code (Rancangan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana/ RKUHP). This article aims to analyze alternative sentencing in the form of community service and probation penalties. It discusses the role and strategic measures taken by the Indonesian correctional system related to the performance of community correctional counselors in order to prepare for the implementation of alternative sentencing in the future. Employing a qualitative method, this study shows that alternative sentencing is principally in line with the concept of social reintegration and the philosophy of the current Indonesian Correctional Institution (Lembaga Pemasyarakatan). The correctional system in the country has also begun to take strategic measures to respond to the future implementation of the alternative sentencing in the RKUHP by means of updating the legal framework and improving infrastructure as well as the quality of human resources in accordance with the framework of community-based corrections.
Minat pengunjung hotel menurun sejak pandemi Covid-19. Sehingga disarankan agar hotel menerapkan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu mendapatkan pelanggan baru (Acquire), meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan (Enhance), dan mempertahankan pelanggan (Retain). Namun, saat ini hotel belum memiliki aplikasi layanan praktis yang membantu menjaga hubungan antara manajemen hotel dan konsumen. Sehingga diperlukan penelitian yang mengimplementasikan E-CRM dengan merancang sebuah prototipe aplikasi layanan pelanggan Hotel berbasis web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat standarisasi pada aplikasi layanan pelanggan hotel yang mengimplementasikan E-CRM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode pengembangan sistem Prototype. Kontribusi penelitian adalah membuat prototipe ECRM pada aplikasi layanan pelanggan hotel dengan beberapa fitur seperti komplain, testimoni, promosi, dan penukaran poin. Berdasarkan percobaan dan pengujian dari pengguna menggunakan UAT dan wawancara, penerapan E-CRM menggunakan prototipe aplikasi layanan pelanggan Hotel berbasis web membantu staf menemukan informasi komplain pelanggan. Fitur promo membantu staf menambahkan informasi promosi yang muncul di halaman depan website. Pelanggan hotel dapat menggunakan umpan balik dengan fitur komplain, testimoni dan penukaran poin dengan hadiah. Pada penelitian selanjutnya, kami akan melakukan analisis sentimen pada ulasan pelanggan hotel menggunakan algoritme klasifikasi.
This paper discusses the comparison of the results of testing the OTP (One Time Password) algorithm on two encryptions, namely SHA512 and MD5 which are applied to the Reconciliation Application of the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sukabumi. This study uses the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method, which combines two forms of vulnerability testing to achieve a much more complete vulnerability analysis by performing different tasks in the same focus area. The vulnerability assessment uses the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) method. The results showed that the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method was proven to be able to identify the level of security vulnerability in the Reconciliation Application at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Sukabumi with a vulnerability level score of 5.3 in the SHA512 environment with a medium rating and 7.5 in the MD5 environment. with high ratings. So, it can be concluded that the best algorithm for implementing OTP is SHA512
This study aims to understand how the Halal Toothpaste Products in Indonesia differentiate themselves from one another through Advertising. This study was conducted to provide strategic Advertising recommendations. The study used the framework of the Elaboration Likelihood Theory Model and the Advertising concepting approaches to analyze the applied techniques on the executed Advertising materials. This qualitative descriptive try to describe narratively and visually the TV Advertising material that was collected from the official YouTube account of each brand. Data were collected from relevant literature, documents, and online publications. The result of the study shows that all the Halal Toothpaste products utilized the central route and approaches whereas each of the product Advertising materials elaborates their respective product ingredients and their benefits. Each of the Advertising materials communicates Halal and its nuances both verbally and visually. The Halal label of the Toothpaste is mainly influenced by the ingredient within the product that is perceived to be correlated with the Islamic culture by the Indonesian consumers, Siwak. To create differentiation, each of the Advertising materials applied the combination of several Advertising concepting approaches. In practice, the result of the study can be a reference for Strategic Planners and Creative Professionals in Advertising Agencies on ‘What to Say’ and How to Say’ in the Halal Product Category. Academically, the study will be a reference for more research ideas in the future on Halal Advertising Strategy and Halal Product Campaign.
Objective - Brand Xiaomi launched its first smartphone in 2011 and in 2019, Xiaomi become the 4th largest smartphone manufacturer in the world. This extraordinary achievement has brought questions about how their product is marketed and promoted and how consumers are persuaded to buy their products. This study aims to analyze factors that influence consumers purchase intentions in relation to Xiaomi smartphones. The context of the analysis in this study is social media platform, namely Xiaomi official fan page in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in Indonesia. Methodology/Technique - A survey method is conducted and the respondents were chosen using non-probability sampling with convenience technique. Data wasanalyzed using Structure Equation Model (SEM) with smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software version. Findings - The results show that Brand Page Commitment, Brand Awareness, Electronic WOM, and Brand Image have a significant positive influence on purchase intention for Xiaomi smartphones.Brand Page Commitment of Xiaomi social media has an impact on eWOM, brand image and also consumer purchase intention. Creative content isneeded to keep customers engaged and committed to the Xiaomi social media platforms, such as photo competitions with Xiaomi cameras. Social media allows consumers to post user-generated content (such as online comments, product reviews), thus allow consumers spread the word-of mouth about the product digitally. Novelty - Social media also allowscompanies to have conversations with consumers responding to those who reach out to Xiaomi Brand page through commenting or messaging. Through their Brand Page, a company can execute social media strategies and, if done correctly, it will increase Xiaomi brand image and sales. Indonesia is a tropical country located on the equator. The average intensity of solar radiation in Indonesia is 4.8 kWh/m2. This makes Indonesia a country with new and ren ewable energy potential, one of which is solar panel technology. The first step that must be done in the process of installing solar panels in a place is to analyze the potential of solar energy. In this study, an analysis of the potential of solar energy as a new renewable energy source has been carried out at Budi Luhur University, North Petukangan, South Jakarta. Based on the research results, the maximum photovoltaic efficiency that can be achieved is 21.45%. During the day, the efficiency of the solar panels increases along with the ncrease in the value of the voltage obtained. However, the higher the panel temperature, the lower the efficiency of the solar panel. Therefore, a cooling system is needed to anticipate this.
There is still a lot of use of the floodgates in the main hole to drain the residential water into the river is still operated manually by someone in charge of opening and closing the floodgates. It is less efficient and often happens to the operator, so the water overflows and can lead to flooding. In this final task, a prototype of an early flood detection system and the automation of sewerage in a settlement located on the riverbanks. The control of floodgates on the main hole works automatically according to the signal from a sensor that reads the state of the water level. Main hole floodgates will work when the river water enters it at a specific limit that sensors will read and provide information on the level of river water in it to someone via WhatsApp to prevent river water from entering the settlement. When the main hole door is closed automatically, the residential water flow will be directed to a temporary reservoir. When the temporary reservoir is full, the sensor will signal to activate the discharge pump that will be discharged into the river to dispose of the water in the reservoir. The design and testing of flood early detection prototype tools and residential water disposal automation can work well by the design principle.
p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"> ABSTRACT This research aims to measure expectations, gender, learning quality, and control variables on the performance of the undergraduate program of Accounting at Tangerang Municipality. The target population is 1,898 students, with 331 of them becoming the sample. The sampling technique was Disproportionate Random Sampling and used a Binary Probit Regression. The distribution of the questionnaires used a Google Form. The results showed that the expectations and quality of learning had a significant effect on improving performance. On the other hand, gender was insignificant. This study's findings contribute to universities always maintaining student expectations and the quality of learning so that graduates have good performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji harapan, gender, kualitas pembelajaran, dan variabel kontrol terhadap kinerja mahasiswa program sarjana S-1 Akuntansi di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Tangerang. Populasi sebanyak 1.898 mahasiswa dan ukuran sampel sebanyak 331 sampel. Teknik sampling adalah disproportionate random sampling dan menggunakan analisis binary probit regression . Distribusi kuesioner menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harapan dan kualitas pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja mahasiswa, sebaliknya gender tidak signifikan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi kepada perguruan tinggi untuk selalu menjaga ekspektasi mahasiswa dan mutu pembelajaran agar para lulusannya memiliki kinerja yang baik. </p
Flood disaster remains a natural phenomenon that often occurs in Indonesia, especially in the Wisma Tajur Housing Complex area, Tangerang City which causes property losses including the safety of the souls of the affected community. The difficulty experienced so far is how to measure the water level to obtain alert status information as an indicator of flood warning. As a solution in overcoming these problems, this research proposes a method based on digital image processing with canny edge detection algorithms and image contouring in an effort to measure river water level. Canny edge detection and image contouring were chosen due to their accuracy in detecting the edges of the image and the ease of the computation process. The steps taken in this research are to conduct a simulation experiment of measuring the water level using a water container that can describe the situation in the river, then doing field testing. Canny edge detection produces an outline which can then be detected by the contour, then water level measurements can be made on the bounding rectangle that is formed and changes dynamically with fluctuations in water level. The contribution of this research is the use of black measuring lines that are processed using thresholding techniques to facilitate the process of measuring water level using a combination of canny edge detection and image contouring techniques as well as adding attributes / features using threshold, MinVal, and MaxVal values on the canny edge. Sampling testing produces an accuracy of 99.96%, prototype testing produces 100% accuracy, and direct testing produces an accuracy of 99.85%.

Many organizations run their business processes depend on the individuals within the organization rather than the system. Problems occur when an individual is absent and then hampers the performance of other individuals, for example the sales and finance division which depends on the administrative and warehouse divisions. The difficulty in serving many customers with a wide variety of products, as well as the mismatch of data and stock reports compared to the system is also a problem in the company. The online environment created strenuous and barriers for language learners in higher education. It essentially has an impact on the learning progress and achievements individually. The study's purposes are to explore and establish the online language learners' anxiety in Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. The Explanatory mixed methods of linear temporal order were employed to the 221 participants or respondents from four higher education and university in the South Jakarta area. The questioner was adopted from the Foreign Language Virtual Classroom Anxiety Scale as FLVCAS, and the semi-structured interview was adjusted to identify a better perspective with open-ended questions. Data analysis of this study revealed that learning classification of the contradictions of language learning online progress, including interaction anxiety, agitation of dismissive communicative assessment, the examination of anxiety, and the Anxiety of English for Foreign Language purposes-lesson material. Meanwhile, feature LMS Moodle's specifical anxiety determined learning content, general interface, progress tracking feature, quiz, and assignment feature. Although, there are much integrating technology and language pedagogy and internet-correlated anxieties studies. Educational performance's online characteristics became dominant to English learning, specifically LMS Moodle in higher education.
The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on changes in policies and the learning process at Budi Luhur University (UBL). The complete online learning policy has been implemented since the 2nd semester of 2019/2020, which began in March 2020. Students and lecturers carry out teaching and learning activities through an e-learning system developed in 2005. Although it has been implemented for a long time, the level of acceptance has never been measured comprehensively. This research has a contribution in measuring the level of acceptance of the e-learning. In addition, before the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of the e-learning system was still partially implemented and only for a few courses. In this study, an analysis of the student acceptance of the UBL e-learning system was carried out by involving respondents and a more comprehensive acceptance model. The modeling used in this study refers to the Comprehensive Technology Acceptance Model (CTAM) with seven exogenous variables and five endogenous variables. Testing and analysis are based on variant-based structural equation models, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS application. The results show that nine main factors influence student acceptance of the e-learning system: system quality, content quality, information quality, accessibility, enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and student attitudes towards applications and behavioral intention to use. This research is helpful for UBL and other educational institutions as material for developing a quality e-learning system accepted by its users.
All parties are aware that teacher performance is directly proportional to improving the quality of education. Not a few teachers work under predetermined work standards, conditions like this are caused by low work enthusiasm which results in decreased performance. If we observer the passion of work in the form of sine graph which one day will meet a saturation point if there are no preventive and curative efforts eithers form himself or guidance form his superior. One of the efforts taken is to impose teacher performance assessment to ensure a quality learning process at levels of education. Teacher performance appraisal needs to be carried out so that the functions and duties in the functional teacher positions and duties in the functional teacher positions are carried out by the applicable rules and code of ethics. On that basis, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Network Process method which can determine teacher performance improvement strategies, based on objective performance appraisals and make decisions that become more efficient.
