The Higher School of Electronics and Microsystems Engineering conducts research to develop micro- and nanoelectronic component base, new materials for renewable energy sources, promising nanocomposite materials based on conducting polymers with various structuring additives (carbon nanotubes, silver nanoparticles).
Scientists of the laboratory "Microelectronics (Design Center for Design of Integrated Circuits)" of SPbPU have created microcircuits for high-temperature electronics, which were included in the list of the best products of the program EUROPRACTICE.
