... Bibliometric strategies permit analysts to put together their discoveries concerning collected bibliographic information created by different researchers in the field [22,23]. These studies are helpful to encompass the range and scope of publication in a given field and increase understanding of research trends and gaps [23,24]. Through bibliometric methods, various aspects are quantitatively analysed for the ranking and measuring impact, that is, distinguished authors, studies, publication sources, regions and institutions. ...

In the digital age, the reading habits are gradually declining and poor reading skills are causing various informational and social challenges include lack of critical thinking and intellectual irresponsibility. The main objective of this study is to consolidate the published works to comprehend the influencing factors of reading culture. We examine the reading skills, reading habits and reading behaviour literature from 1991 to 2020 to measure the scope and depth of reading culture (RC) through bibliometric analysis and visualisation by utilising a VOSviewer software based on Web of Science database. These selected 1139 articles are classified according to year of publication, author, the country of publications and author affiliation. The analysis provided insights about the RC publication trends as the most productive years are 2017 and 2019. The United States, Spain and China are the leading countries contributing to reading culture-related publications. Jyväskylä University and Florida State University serve as the most productive institutions. Furthermore, we also conduct a thematic analysis based on the keywords to identify the components and influencing factors contributing to the reading culture. The four main components of the reading culture are identified as reading skills, behaviour, habits and factors. At the end, we provided propositions to support the reading culture and future research directions for the interest of Library and Information Science (LIS) professionals, academicians and researchers.

This research utilizes bibliometric review of global management and public research in 2000-2019, through co-word analysis, co-author analysis, journal analysis, institution analysis, and country analysis. A total of 19,050 bibliographic records from Scopus core collection databases were selected and analyzed. The findings reveal an evolution of the research field on the management and public policy. This research aims to provide an understanding of trend for research on management and public policy worldwide. The results navigate that during the last twenty years, the average annual publication in the field of management and public policy was recorded approximately 568 articles, with the USA as the country with most published papers. This finding is in accordance with the institution affiliations publishing papers such as the University of Washington, Seattle (USA), as well as the authors (Mervis, J. of Eldorado Springs - USA). In general, journal publishers publish articles from the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management (John Wiley & Sons Inc.). In addition, the results of the analysis also indicate the dominant study areas, which include: policy, innovation, governance, knowledge management, e-government, and sustainability issues.

This study explores the characteristics of Digital Governance trends using the Scopus database from 2012 to 2022 using the CiteSpace application. E-Government is an effort to use information and communication technology to improve government efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability. The public sector is responsible for providing goods and services to the public that are paid for through taxes or other state revenues. Its primary role is to organize, activate and direct the provision of goods and services. It was found that the number of publications on Digital Governance has increased in the last ten years, and the United States is the strongest country in this area of research. Public service is an activity or a series of activities to meet service needs. Moreover, regional offices and work units must change the paradigm of the pattern of public service delivery from being oriented as a service provider to being oriented towards the community's needs as service users.

I have received 1,527 citations from 1,430 documents to 48 publications in the SCOPUS database up to the end of the year 2022 (The list extracted from SCOPUS on January 5th, 2023). I know it is not a big number compared to others in the field, but it is a small milestone in my academic career. I am grateful because I could have never dreamed of being where I am today. Thanks to all my co-authors who have published with me over the years. It was great writing articles with you as an attempt to disseminate knowledge. Thank you to all respective researchers, scientists, and individuals for recognizing our research team's work. Once more, I would like to say huge thanks to all my fantastic co-authors and all of you who read and cited our papers. Thank you very much for your recognition, encouragement, and support. Your citations will provide more evidence and inspire more researchers in the field to continue conducting more research. The citation number can be considered as one of the indicators for the impacts of our studies on the academic community and I am happy to see the impacts. It has been a challenging, but rewarding, journey with its ups & its downs, which I have loved overall. Once again, I am thankful to all of those who have supported me on my academic journey. It is indeed a special milestone that I will never forget. I hope the new year brings more exciting research and more collaboration between researchers in the field.

Policy dynamics is not merely a discussion encapsulating the policy cycle. Further, policy dynamics is widely applied to examine the evolution of policy, political dynamics, policy change, and policy development. In addition, policy dynamics have been implemented in a number of different topics and research areas. Discourses include changes in science, technology, and innovation (STI) policies in Indonesia in the last three years, gaining insight to be studied under policy dynamics. However an initial study with a bibliometric approach is required prior to conducting a review. This initial study aims to determine the current state of research and literature construction. This study employs bibliometric analysis by using VOSViewer. The results of this study include the mapping for several research on science, technology and innovation systems in Indonesia, in which the topics have been dominated by triple helix during 2010-2020, particularly in science Techno Park and innovation. In addition, approximately 55.7% of STI System in Indonesia topics are widely published in national publications such as national journals, and 44.3% are published internationally.

Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) topic has become one of the most debatable discourses in the international journals. In the Scopus database, 24,034 documents were recorded as the results when navigating the publications under the STI theme. However, this study limits the bibliometric analysis of the STI topics within the National Innovation System (NIS) framework. In addition, the limitation of the time period is from 1990 to 2020. This study utilizes the literature analysis sourced from the Scopus database and the visualization was performed by utilizing VOSviewer version 1.6.17. The results indicate that 1) STI within the NIS framework has presented a growing topic which becomes the concern to researchers worldwide since the 1990s (44 publications) increasing to 1.314 publications (total publications) until the end of 2020; 2) the United States is regarded as the country of origin for the author’s most published affiliation (171 articles); 3) the United Kingdom has demonstrated better paper quality, which is 50.22, based on total citations to total paper; 4) Universitetet i Oslo is recorded as the institution with the most publications; 5) approximately 2,324 authors, either individual or in group are recorded in publishing papers for the last three decades; 6) Wonglimpiyarat, J. of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Cambridge, United States, is regarded as the most productive author; 7) Research Policy has been referred as the journal publishing the most under this topic; and 8) approximately 44 publications are recorded in the 1990s, 345 are in the 2000s, and 925 are in the 2010s.
