Nowadays, the implementation of an interactive application in art galleries for the user is widely used. The purpose of this project is to develop a mobile application as an interesting and interactive way to visit the Koompassia Excelsa Gallery, UNIMAS using AR. This application enables the 3D view of the artwork or artifacts to give a new experience for visiting the gallery. This functionality provides enjoyment to visit the gallery and appreciate the history behind the artworks. The visitor can scan the AR marker to view the 3D image and the information through to the application. In this report, how AR enhances art gallery and museum. This application is expected to develop a KoompassiAR Excelsa mobile application for UNIMAS and provide an interactive mobile application.
