Stratigraphy of the Lower Buntsandstein in Central Germany. Oolitic-clastic cycles are defined fromcore Remlingen 5 after PAUL & KLARR (1988) and KÄSBOHRER & KUSS (2019). Studiedoutcrops are lithostratigraphically correlated to the reference core, based on their approximate stratigraphic position and on the spacing of the oolitic/stromatolitic layers. HRZ: Hauptrogenstein-Zone.
