Chinese modernization provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the high-quality development of China's outdoor sports industry. The outdoor sports industry is not only an important part of meeting people's needs for a better life, but also an important means to promote regional economic development and achieve green and sustainable development. Through the method of literature and logical analysis, it was found that the current development of the China's outdoor sports industry still has problems such as imperfect policies and systems, incomplete industrial chains and unbalanced regional development, insufficient scientific and technological innovation capabilities and product homogeneity, weak outdoor sports cultural foundation and inadequate implementation of the green development concept. Therefore, based on the connotation and requirements of high-quality development, the dynamic mechanism of the development of the outdoor sports industry was systematically sorted out combining theory with practice, including policies, market demand, scientific and technological innovation, culture and values, ecology and other dimensions. On this basis, the path to achieve high-quality development of China's outdoor sports industry was proposed, including optimizing the policy system environment, promoting industrial structure optimization, strengthening scientific and technological innovation drive, cultivating outdoor sports culture, and practicing green development concepts. The study believes that building a scientific and reasonable dynamic mechanism and a systematic implementation path are of great significance for promoting China's outdoor sports industry to move towards high-quality development and helping to achieve Chinese modernization.

Introduction:
This study aims to elucidate the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of sports tourism resources within the Sichuan-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration, examining how these distributions reflect the developmental pathways of urban regions. The theoretical framework posits that the availability and allocation of sports tourism resources are influenced by various geographical and socio-economic factors, with topography, economic conditions, and population density playing pivotal roles in determining their distribution and development.
Methods:
Utilizing GeoDetector technology alongside indices such as the Geographic Concentration Index and the Disparities Index, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the spatiotemporal dynamics of sports tourism resources, revealing that the distribution of these resources serves as a key indicator of urban development speed.
Results:
Our findings indicate that topographical features significantly influence sports tourism resource development differently in Chengdu compared to Chongqing. Furthermore, we identified a strong positive correlation between population density and the distribution of sports tourism resources, highlighting the motivational role of populated areas and emphasizing potential inequalities if attention is focused solely on densely populated regions.
Discussion:
This research provides novel insights into the complex relationships governing sports tourism resource distribution by employing advanced geo-analytical tools. It offers a strategic roadmap for equitable and sustainable urban development by addressing disparities in resource allocation, ultimately contributing to informed policy-making and enhanced regional resilience. This research aids in the strategic planning and sustainable development of sports tourism, providing a blueprint for urban development in the region that balances the needs of diverse populations and landscapes.

The sports industry occupies an important position in China's national economy, and the sports event industry is its core industry, and its role in regional economic development has received more and more attention from all parties. This paper takes Sichuan Province as an example to discuss the role of sports events in regional development. Firstly, it is a theoretical overview. This paper explores the mechanism of its economic effect from four perspectives: economic growth, industrial structure, regional agglomeration and city brand. Second is the case study. Through the grey correlation analysis of the relationship between sports and tourism industry, using the exponential smoothing method and ARMA method, and establishing a multi-indicator model, it is concluded that sports and tourism industry have the highest correlation and play a positive role in promoting regional development.
Purpose: This study aims to clarify the current status of development of China's sports industry, explore the fundamental meaning and basic elements of high-quality development of the sports industry, identify and analyze the main challenges facing the sports industry, and provide theoretical inspiration and practical guidance for achieving sustainable and high-quality development of China's sports industry. Methodology: This study adopts the literature method and logical analysis method. Through extensive reference to relevant literature and policy documents, the theoretical basis for the high-quality development of the sports industry is systematically sorted out; using the logical analysis method, its internal relationship and framework are explored, and the current status of the development of China's sports industry is comprehensively evaluated. Findings: The research results show that in the process of achieving high-quality development, China's sports industry is faced with problems such as insufficient technological innovation capabilities, unreasonable industrial structure, unbalanced regional development, and weak international competitiveness, which have become the main factors hindering the high-quality development of China's sports industry. Suggestion: In order to promote the high-quality development of China's sports industry, efforts should be made in the following aspects: first, deepen the integration of science and technology in the sports industry, enhance innovation capabilities and total factor productivity; second, optimize the structure of the sports industry, promote field collaboration and efficient allocation of resources; third, increase sports industry brand building, improve product quality and market influence; fourth, practice the green and low-carbon concept of sports, balance environmental protection and economic growth; finally, more importantly, strengthen the collaboration between the government, enterprises and all sectors of society to form a joint force to promote the upgrading of China's sports industry. Value: It is hoped that this study can provide a theoretical framework and practical guidance for the high-quality development of China's sports industry, provide inspiring value for relevant policy makers and practitioners in the sports industry, and enhance the international competitiveness of China's sports industry.
