The first record of Lanchnophorus singalensis (Dohrn, 1860) (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Rhyparochromidae: Rhyparochrominae: Rhyparochromini) in Cyprus is reported. Information on the known distribution of L. singalensis is summarised.
