Hackett and his collaborators from the University of West Virginia (Hackett 2007) also carried out numerous test in order to determine the cell characteristics (the developed prototype shown in Fig. 7 structurally and functionally similar to the SARA cell shown in Fig. 5) depen- ding on the properties of the developed fuel.
