With the continuous development of digital technology and the Internet of Things (IoT), the teaching methods for architecture major in higher vocational colleges have also undergone major changes. New technologies and instruction methods in Engineering Cost Budgeting teaching can stimulate students’ learning interest and improve education quality and students’ comprehensive learning ability. In order to improve the teaching level of engineering cost budgeting major and stimulate students’ interest in learning, this work first introduces backpropagation neural network (BPNN) into engineering cost estimation (ECE). Then, the BPNN-based ECE model is trained by the sample data to estimate the project’s total quotation and comprehensive unit price. The error between the real and predicted values is analyzed. Second, the building information modeling (BIM) technology and virtual reality (VR) technologies are integrated into teaching engineering cost budgeting. The investigation, research, and analysis are conducted before and after applying BIM and VR technology in practical teaching. The results show that the proposed BPNN-based ECE model-estimated total quotation and comprehensive unit price fit well the sample values. The BPNN-based ECE model can be applied to teaching engineering cost budgeting. It can improve the calculation accuracy, and the relative error can be controlled within a certain range and has a certain potential to replace manual budgeting. It can provide some reference for the research of engineering cost technology. Classroom teaching under the integration of BIM and VR technologies can improve the students’ homework quality, academic performance, and teaching quality to a certain extent. Integrating BIM and VR technology in classroom teaching can enhance students’ communication, cooperation ability, oral defense scores, comprehensive scores, and professional skills.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) was conceived as a working method for networked planning using software assistance. Multiple stakeholders in the construction industry are involved in the design and management of digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility in the BIM model. Design variant management coupled with documentation and recording of design knowledge are the main goals of this paper. The use of a BIM-based plugin for design rationale documentation grantees support for other architects in the early design phases, to retrieve suitable building designs and ideas, based on their needs and architectural concepts. Uniting Design Episodes with different Variant Types allows the architects to receive inspiration and freely select important parameters for their design of the building in advance. These input parameters are compared with other BIM-based design graphs, following the graph representation approach. The relevant design options and variants corresponding to the new project are visualised and stored for both current and future users. This can lead to cost and time savings and allow the possibility for future extensibility in terms of other analysis parameters (such as the level of detail or energy efficiency).

INSAR images are inevitably contaminated by noise during the process of generation, transmission, compression, and reception. Noise not only affects the quality of the INSAR image, but also affects subsequent operations such as the design of corresponding filters, INSAR image segmentation, compression, restoration, and feature recognition. The INSAR image noise model is mainly divided into additive noise and multiplicative noise. Compared with additive noise, multiplicative noise is more complicated due to INSAR image correlation and non-Gaussian. Based on least squares algorithm system of additive and multiplicative mixed noise model, this paper proposes a method of using PCA to remove multiplicative gamma distribution noise. The pure noise coefficient is obtained by subtracting the original coefficient from the diagonal wavelet coefficient of the noisy image, and the mode of the local variance is calculated as the estimation value of the noise standard deviation. Experiments show that the proposed method can obtain more accurate estimation of noise; in particular in the case of less noise and more detailed image information, its effect is more obvious.

Financial time series have typical characteristics such as outliers, trends, and mean reversion. The existence of outliers will affect the effectiveness of the unknown parameter estimation in the financial time series forecasting model, so that the forecasting error of the model will be larger. Quantitative forecasting methods are divided into causal forecasting method and time series forecasting method. The causal forecasting method uses the causal relationship between the predictor variable and other variables to predict, and the time series forecasting method infers the future value of the predictor variable based on the structure of the historical data of the predictor. Therefore, this paper proposes a hidden Markov model prediction method based on the observation vector sequence, which can simultaneously consider the influence of the variable sequence structure and related factors.

Ming-style furniture, adhering to the excellent traditional Chinese history and culture, is the pinnacle of traditional Chinese-style furniture, which vividly embodies the cultural essence of Chinese-style furniture. However, with the current popularity of smart home products, there are many obstacles for elderly users to use smart home products. Voice interaction is one of the main interaction methods of smart home products. The design strategy of voice user interface for aging smart home products is studied to improve the experience of elderly users in operating smart home products. Based on image sensing technology, combining Ming-style furniture modeling elements, and based on context theory research, this paper proposes four types of smart home contexts for elderly users, including user context, task context, time context, and environmental context, so as to propose a specific smart home product voice user interface design strategy. According to the user’s situational characteristics, a multichannel interaction design of voice user interface is proposed, an emotional and personalized voice user interface is constructed, and a design strategy of context memory assisting the dialogue process is constructed. According to the task, time, and environmental situation of elderly users, it proposes design strategies such as active interactive voice user interface design and provides continuous behavioral service experience. Conclusion. The research results provide a method and strategy reference for the design and development of the voice user interface of smart home products and provide a more natural and comfortable experience of using smart home products for elderly users.

With the continuous and rapid development of China’s economy, the operating environment of listed companies has become more and more complex, and the increasing pressure of international competition among companies has made the issue of financial risks of listed companies more severe. If you do not pay attention to the financial risk status of the enterprise, it will cause the financial risk to accumulate and eventually cause a financial crisis, which will be marked by ST. Therefore, this paper proposes an early warning model of enterprise financial accounts combining fuzzy sets and random forest trees, which specifically includes the following steps. First, the dataset is analyzed, selected and initially constructed by the training prediction sample. It is further explained by the data labels, and is charged whether the label is marked by ST or not. Then, the method of fuzzy mathematics is used to fuzzify the training sample data, and the two-category label is converted into a multiclass label; then, the random forest model is used to train the above-mentioned fuzzified sample data. Obtain the trained random forest model. Finally, input the prediction sample data into the trained random forest model to make decisions on the scene application. At the same time, the invention is applied to the enterprise financial risk early warning, which demonstrates the practicability and effectiveness of the invention Sexuality and scientificity. CNC machine tools have been popularized in the development of the manufacturing industry because of their high precision, high speed, high efficiency, and safe and reliable processing. The numerical control system and the measurement system of the machine tool are the key components of the modern numerical control machine tool, especially the measurement system of the machine tool, which is a prerequisite to ensure the high precision of the machine tool. The sensor is an important part of the measurement system. Sensors are devices that can sense the measurement objects within the measurement range and convert them into output signals and information according to certain rules. They are mainly used to detect the operating objects, system status, and operating environment status of the machine tool system and effectively control the normal operation of the machine tool system. Accurate and reliable information is provided. This study takes the CNC machine tool control system as the research object and studies the optimization measures of the sensor data to its performance. First, a model of the CNC machine tool control system was built based on MATLAB/Simulink, and then, based on this model, an open-loop (without sensor) and closed-loop (with speed and position sensors) control systems were built and were finally verified by simulation.
