Learning in the classroom needs appropriate methods and packaging to get good results for students. This study aims to determine the differences in learning methods using project-based practical learning and regular learning. The study was carried out using quantitative methods by conducting evaluations and interviews with students. Data processing uses the Manova test statistical data processing application. The sample from this research was students in the 3rd semester of the Airport Engineering Technology Study Program. From the results of data processing, it can be seen that there are differences in terms of understanding, collaboration and learning outcomes between students who use project-based learning methods and those who use regular learning systems. Project-based learning methods have fostered better understanding and collaboration. We hope that with the results of this research, educators will use project-based learning methods more often to foster understanding and collaboration between students in the campus environment.

In the era of technological disruption and digital revolution, vocational higher education must align its graduates' competency and qualification needs and follow developments in science and technology in the workplace. Education is becoming increasingly complex, so it is necessary to implement new learning methods, one of which is e-learning-based education. This research aims to design and develop Fire Fighting Tactic and Technique Learning Media (FITERN) as a web-based learning media application product integrated with a robotic simulator. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) techniques with the ADDIE approach to ensure that information system development meets quality standards. The research results show that the feasibility assessment by media experts received an average score of 18.62 and a percentage of 93.12%, The feasibility assessment by material experts received an average score of 18.17 and a percentage of 90.83%, and Students' evaluation responses to FITERN learning media as seen from the aspects of programming (technical), media appearance (media presentation), material, and usefulness receive an average score of 18.62 and a percentage of 90.83%. So, the Development of The FITERN Application as A Web-Based Learning Media is proper for interactive multimedia learning. This research resulted in developing new and interactive learning media for firefighting tactics and techniques courses that utilize information technology and are integrated with firefighting robot systems so that students' learning outcomes can be further improved.

The Aviation Security course is a course that must be followed by cadets of the Diploma 3 Airport Management study program. One of the materials in the Aviation security course is Operation of security equipment which contains aviation security equipment, namely X Ray machines. An X Ray machine is a tool used by aviation security personnel to check passengers' belongings. To achieve learning objectives, varied and independent learning resources are needed that are not limited in time and place. This research is motivated by the difficulty of cadets in understanding the material in the package book and the electronic media used is still limited to power point slides. Then to be able to find out the feasibility, response of cadets, educators and lecturers, as well as the effectiveness of MOOCS learning media will be carried out in this study. This research method uses a research and development (R&D) approach which is then adjusted to the needs of researchers, research methods used to produce certain products, and tests the effectiveness of these products. Researchers conduct research first to collect the required amount of data then develop the system and conduct testing and evaluation of the system created. This research was conducted at the Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang from April 2022 to October 2022.

Teacher performance will be optimal if the leadership of the madrasah principal is also optimal. This study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership of the madrasah principal and teacher performance at MTSN 1 Mataram City. The population of this study was all teachers of MTSN 1 Koata Mataram as many as 62 people. The research sample was taken using a stratified proportional random sampling technique so that the research sample was obtained by as many as 16 people. The principal leadership indicators used in this study were innovators, motivators, and supervisors; while the teacher performance indicators used in this study were learning planning and learning implementation. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire in the form of a google form. Data analysis to determine the relationship of principals' leadership with teacher performance using Pearson Correlation with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the leadership of the madrasah principal and teacher performance at MTSN 1 Mataram City. The relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher performance is included in a strong relationship.

The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of the driving teacher, 2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of the driving teacher, and 3) the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on the performance of the driving teacher. This research design is in the form of an explanation. The subjects of this study were all teachers in Mandailing Natal Regency, totaling 60 people. The instrument of data collection was through a questionnaire. Data analysis used inferential statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the coefficient of Freg = 0.809; sig. 0.450. the higher the self-efficacy and the higher the work motivation, the higher the performance. On the other hand, the lower the self-efficacy and the lower the work motivation, the lower the performance of the driving teacher. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. The results of this study also prove that self-efficacy and work motivation contribute 36.186% to performance. This means that the two variables (self-efficacy and work motivation) contribute 36.186% to the high and low performance.

Sistem penyejuk udara, merupakan salah satu peralatan yang sangat penting di bandar udara. Alat ini berada di gedung kantor dan terminal penumpang. Dengan adanya alat ini penumpang akan merasa nyaman ketika menunggu untuk naik pesawat terbang. Peralatan ini dalam pengoperasiannya diperlukan perawatan oleh teknisi yang terampil dalam bidang teknologi air conditioning. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam bidang ini. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan cara memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat secara langsung. Pada awal pelatihan diberikan teori dan pengenalan terhadap komponen dan cara kerja sistem pendingin udara. Selanjutnya diberikan pelatihan praktik dengan menggunakan modul praktik air conditioning yang ada di laboratorium Teknik Bandar Udara Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang. Pada akhir pelatihan dilakukan evaluasi baik secara teori dan praktik. Hasil dari evaluasi semua peserta dinyatakan memenuhi syarat untuk melakukan pemeliharaan penyejuk udara. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dinyatakan berhasil mengingkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para peserta. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketarampilan peserta, menjadikan pelayanan bandar udara kepada para penumpang akan semakin meningkat dan industri penerbangan di Indonesia semakin maju.

Petunjuk arah angin di bandar udara digunakan oleh penerbang untuk menentukan arah pendaratan maupun lepas landas pesawat udara. Penunjuk arah angin sebagai alat bantu navigasi dibandar udara perannya sangat penting bagi keselamatan penerbangan. Untuk mengingkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia bidang penerbangan khususnya mengenai pemeliharaan peralatan penunjuk arah angin ini, maka perlu di buat media pembelajaran bagi taruna Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang. Maka penulis merancang media pembelajaran windsock light dengan tenaga surya untuk membantu para taruna dalam memahami cara kerja alat tersebut. Peralatan tersebut menggunakan listrik tenaga surya sebagai energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di politeknik Penerbangan Palembang dengan metode research and development. Objek penelitian adalah para taruna program studi rekayasa bandar udara. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan para taruna sangat antusias dalam mempelajari alat tersebut, dan menambah pengetahuan serta kompetensi dalam bidang peralatan penunjuk arah angin di bandar udara. Dengan bertambahnya kompetensi taruna, diharapkan akan mendukung keselamatan penerbangan di Indonesia.

Purpose of this study is to determine the character formation of discipline and responsibility through cadet parenting that has been carried out at the Palembang Civil Aviation Polytechnic. The parenting pattern is carried out by applying a strict schedule to the daily activities of the cadets based on the Cadets Code of Conduct. The research method is a qualitative research with a descriptive research model, to see how to strengthen the character of Palembang Civil Aviation Polytechnic cadets through parenting patterns. Collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the parenting pattern that is carried out can shape the character of discipline and responsibility for the Palembang Civil Aviation Polytechnic cadets. Based on this research, the formation of the character of discipline and responsibility of cadets can be formed through parenting patterns. So that parenting patterns can continue to be carried out with further development to shape future generations in the aviation sector in Indonesia.

Abstrak Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya jumlah dan kompetensi guru bidang produktif sekolah menengah kejuruan penerbangan. Data pemerintah tahun 2019 memperlihatkan mayoritas postur tenaga pengajarnya masih didominasi oleh kategori bidang normative adaptif atau guru umum, sedangkan guru produktif yang mengajar materi pelajaran sesuai bidang keahliannya masih rendah, pada prosentase di bawah 35%. Dampak dari peningkatan kualitas guru produktif akan mempengaruhi kualitas lulusan SMK Penerbangan, sehingga link and match dengan dunia usaha dan industri penerbangan akan semakin membaik. Di sisi lain, Program Studi TPU PPI Curug dengan AMTO 147, termasuk untuk program perawatan Piston Engine dengan salah satu kegiatan Pendidikan adalah praktik overhaul mesin piston sesuai dengan standar overhaul pabrikan mesin. Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dosen – dosen memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk pengenalan dasar overhaul mesin piston sehingga guru – guru produktif dapat memiliki pemahaman dan terampil dalam perawatan mesin piston dengan menggunakan perkakas yang standar. Dengan lokasi kegiatan di SMKN 12 Bandung yang memiliki jurusan Airframe and Powerplant, kegiatan ini dimulai dengan pembekalan konsep overhaul, pengantar penggunaan perkakas standar, regulasi dan cara pembacaan manual dan manufacture technical publication lainnya. Setelah peserta memiliki dasar penguasaan konsep tersebut, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pengenalan suku cadang mesin piston dan pelatihan top end overhaul sesuai dengan tujuan pelatihan. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan ujian praktik overhaul untuk mengukur keterampilan peserta. Dengan pelatihan ini diharapkan guru – guru memiliki pemahaman dan keterapilan overhaul mesin piston pesawat yang sesuai dengan manufacture manual dan dapat menungkatkan kualitas ajar bidang produktif yang diajarkannya Kata Kunci : Piston Engine, Airframe and Powerplant, Manufacture Manual
