The initiation of national economic growth gives the government a focus on handling economy equally in both rural and urban areas. The considerations that make the economy must be sustainable among others which the current generation who enjoys goods and services produced from natural resources and the environment has a moral obligation to leave the services of these natural resources for future generations. The aim of this research is initiated to promote equitable economic growth through the conservation of natural resources that can be used sustainably from each generation. The approach used in this research is qualitative with exploratory study method. The analysis technique used is literature search and case analysis related to the entity of equal distribution of national income and the green economy concept. The results of this study indicate that there are seven strategic steps and green economy using macro-regional economic indicators namely genuine saving to monitoring the distribution of national income. This result is to describe concepts of green economy, green growth and green development are basically intended to operationalize the linkages of economic, social and environmental pillars in the context of sustainable development.

The orientation of sustainability within the scope of the company refers to the company's efforts to create long-term value by taking into account the social, environmental and economic impacts of the company's business activities. To achieve the goals of organizational development, companies must carry out effective environmental management. Company activities that are inseparable from natural resources must pay attention to the condition of the surrounding environment so as not to cause damage to the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze how far the influence of environmental management accounting factors and the integration of control systems on the company's sustainability orientation. Then in this study will also analyze the effect of sectoral green economy as a mediating factor. The use of green economy sectoral factors aims to create an economy that also focuses on environmental protection. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The number of samples used in this study were 512 respondents. Respondents who were sampled were managers and employees of state-owned, mining & plantation companies in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Then the data were analyzed using SmartPLS software. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the environmental management accounting and control system integration variables have a significant effect on sectoral green economy and sustainability orientation. Then the sectoral green economy is also capable of being a good mediating factor in bridging the influence of environmental management accounting and control system integration on sustainability orientation.

Pola hidup masyarakat modern telah membuat pembangunan sangat eksploitatif terhadap sumber daya alam dan mengancam kehidupan. Pembangunan yang bertumpu pada pertumbuhan produksi terbukti membuahkan perbaikan ekonomi, tetapi gagal di bidang sosial dan lingkungan. Misalnya, meningkatnya emisi gas rumah kaca, berkurangnya area hutan serta musnahnya berbagai spesies dan keanekaragaman hayati. Di samping itu adalah ketimpangan rata-rata pendapatan penduduk negara kaya dengan negara miskin. Berada di daerah yang merupakan kawasan industri, maka masyarakat sekitar perlu memperhatikan juga lingkungan mereka dari kerusakan yang terjadi disamping kemajuan perekonomiannya. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tersebut, maka sebagai bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Divisi Pendidikan mengadakan Seminar Nasional yang membahas tentang “Peran Green Economy Terhadap Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Di Indonesia”. Shopping is one of the current trends of the Vietnamese. According to Nielsen’s research results about consumer confidence in the fourth quarter of 2017, more than half of Vietnamese people (51%) use their spare money to buy new clothes at modern business models such as supermarkets, shopping centers, or at very traditional models like street vendors and wet markets where haggling (also known as bargaining) is considered as a common habit for Vietnamese. This is due to business characteristics from a very long time ago in Viet Nam. The bargaining behavior is not so hard to recognize in shopping. Even now, a large part of foreign tourists is familiar with the bargaining culture. This study aimed to discover bargaining behavior, the factors affecting such a behavior in buying fashionable clothing of the consumers in Ho Chi Minh City, and to consider whether the differences in bargaining behavior exist among different groups of gender, age, and income. The research was conducted using mixed methods concluding qualitative research (in-depth interview and focus group) and quantitative one (survey). The results showed that Attitude towards bargaining, Perceived behavioral control, Interest in bargaining affect Consumer’s bargaining behavior when buying fashionable clothes. Results were validated in Ho Chi Minh City context, and some conclusions were also presented.

The Ministry of National Development Planning of Indonesia established the Green Growth Program in order to address the problems of climate change caused by economic activities. Along with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), the idea of Green Growth becomes important to discuss due to the nation's priority for strong economic growth and sustainable development. Green economic growth tries to develop its program in several ways, namely the development of bankable projects, increasing green economy investment in several sectors, and designing creative and innovative economic instruments and policies. In addition, the Green Growth Program has several programs implemented, namely energy programs, energy landscape programs, special economic zones (KEK) programs, and climate fund programs. In its implementation, yet the Green Growth Program encounters many challenges. The challenges faced relate to human resources, institutional design, and trade offs faced by the state. With a qualitative approach, the descriptive method the researcher explains the importance of the Green Growth Program and the challenges faced in carrying out these programs.

Аннотация. В данной статье оценивается влияние инноваций (процессов и продуктов) на занятость в странах БРИКС на макроуровне в период 2000–2017 гг. Наша гипотеза касается наличия положительных эффектов расходов на НИОКР в % ВВП как показателя инновационного процесса, а также числа патентных заявок резидентов и нерезидентов как показателя влияния инноваций на уровень занятости. При эмпирическом анализе в значительной степени проявляются три методологические проблемы: 1) инновации трудно измерить; 2) конечное воздействие инноваций на занятость зависит от институциональных механизмов; 3) трудно выделить конечное воздействие инноваций на занятость, поскольку она подвергается влиянию множества других факторов. Тем не менее мы попытаемся оценить эти отношения, используя динамический анализ панельных данных GMM. В результате исследования были сделаны выводы о существовании отрицательного эффекта R&D расходов в % от ВВП и числа патентных заявок резидентов на занятость в странах БРИКС. С другой стороны, доля патентных заявок нерезидентов оказывает положительное влияние на занятость в странах БРИКС за тот же период. Ключевые слова: модели панельных данных, занятость, спрос на рынке труда, инновации, технологическая инновация, региональная экономика, страны БРИКС.
