Initiate culture and proliferation induction of M. anomala terminal buds Notes: a. Terminal bud growth in a 3 medium for 15 d; b. Terminal bud cultured in MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.05 mg/L NAA for 15 d, which induced a small number of calluses at the base; c.
