... aim of this study was to investigate, beyond gender identity, how does gender impact orgasm outcomes? In our quantitative data, as shown in Table 4, we found that having a feminine partner led to an increased likelihood of experiencing an orgasm at the last sexual interaction (significant at the 0.05 level). We did not find comparable significance for masculinity, which may be due in part to the smaller numbers of cis men and trans men in the sample who are most likely to report higher masculinity levels. ...
