... 2 Profile in Equity Preference, Inputs to Social Exchange and Job Satisfaction An exploratory analysis using Kendall's Tau was conducted to determine the probable existence of a significant relationship among Equity Preference, Inputs to Social Exchange and Job Satisfaction. Results in Table 3 show that Equity Preference Scores have a significant correlation with Inputs to Social Exchange (T [53] = 0.33, p < 0.05). The aforesaid correlation is directly proportional with a moderate strength of correlation (Cohen, 1993) thus pointing out that participants who have high Equity Preference Scores are likely to have high Inputs to Social Exchange as well. ...
