The numbers 1, 2, and 3 represent the possible values assigned to each element evaluated, where 1 indicates the least optimal situation, 2 indicates moderate or satisfactory performance/management, and 3 indicates ideal or better performance/management. The mean scores represented at each vertex are the result of calculating the mean of the different variables evaluated for each key element.
