Regression lines (white) were fitted using a log-binomial generalized linear model (GLM) with intercept of 1. Confidence intervals (red) were computed by subsampling the data 250 times, refitting the model and taking the 2.5th and 97.5th percentiles of the sampling distribution of coefficient estimates.
