The human body should be comfortable in all actions required by the working environment. Otherwise, it will occured such as fatigue, decreased job comfort, low productivity. This situation is an important problem especially for individuals such as office staff who work in the same position for a long time. In this study, it was conducted to determine the office employees’ preferences of materials of sitting used by them and the diseases caused by their materials of sitting. In this context, it was conducted a survey face to face with total 192 office employees including 70 female and 122 male in İzmir, Denizli and Hatay cities in Turkey. According to the results of the study; it has been shown that the office employees’ satisfactions levels from materials of sitting used by themselves are the high and the usage of features in the material of sitting are more important instead of visual features.
