We present a financial instrument, the Space Resources Token and its Initial eContract Offering, that would finance the new Space Mining Missions. Introduction S is the next mining field for mankind. RQuanTech Sarl offers to the entrepreneurs of this new world its SMR vehicle to support the costs associated to its plans of mining the moon and the asteroids for any kind of mineral resources. Structural metals will be harvested and used as construction materials in space. Sourcing these materials from beyond Earth's gravitational influence enables the construction of low-cost structures that are not limited by size. Precious metals will be used for in-space manufacturing of high-end electronics, laboratory equipment and spacecraft components. Other special materials as tritium, very difficult to obtain on Earth, will be mined on the Moon. A part of these resources would also be sent to Earth for commercialization. RQuanTech Sarl (RQT) has developed during the last five years a securitization mechanism for commodities that allows the issue of eContracts/Tokens representing the mineral resources to be obtained in the space. Selling of Space Resources Tokens (SRT) via the Initial eContract Offerings (IeCO) is the mechanism that RQuanTech Sarl (RQT) is presenting to the Space community to finance its activities.
