Os 7 “certos” da logística têm estado em evidência nos últimos anos pela sua importância na movimentação do produto certo, no momento certo, na quantidade certa, no lugar certo, na condição certa, ao mínimo custo e ao cliente certo. O presente estudo pretendeu analisar a relação dos 7 “certos” com o ciclo crítico das actividades primárias da logística na satisfação dos clientes. Foi utilizada uma metodologia bibliográfica, qualitativa e exploratória. Foi feita uma busca na Web of Science, Google Académico e Scielo, em que foram encontradas mais de 80 obras que deram suporte científico a este artigo. Os resultados apontam que a movimentação dos produtos deve ter em conta os 7 “certos” da logística que, por sua vez, para funcionarem de forma eficiente e eficaz, necessitam das habilidades de suporte. Além disso, o ciclo crítico das actividades logísticas primárias deve funcionar à luz dos 7 “certos” para deixar o cliente satisfeito.

In the automotive industry, autonomous vehicles (AVs) are an advanced innovation that has the potential to revolutionise the existing transportation system significantly. In addition, AVs provide benefits for society, the economy, and the environment. As far as Lean Construction (LC) is concerned, these features appear promising. LC's primary objective is to minimise the waste of resources, time, and effort. This study examines the potential contribution of AVs to LC through two exhaustive rounds of literature review. The research aims to establish the links between AVs and the overarching LC philosophy and principles. The first round of the literature review identified that AVs could reduce waste in three areas: inventory, transportation, and waiting time. Moreover, they can support solutions to environmental concerns. Additional literature reviews have identified five potential approaches for a new technology that can be applied to the construction industry to enhance the implementation of AVs. As well as the anticipated developments in each case are discussed accordingly. The practical implications of the findings are that AVs can reduce waste and cost, increase efficiency and productivity, and help create a more sustainable construction industry. According to the study, the construction industry should take a proactive approach to implementing AVs.

This article proposes an approach based on Industry 4.0 technologies for building smart warehouses aiming to improve the performance of this logistic system operation. It is considered that the development of general and scalable logical warehouse architecture was to increase the traceability, reliability, and agility of intralogistics activities. It was observed potential gains (structuring and well-organized operations, orchestration of technological resources to improve logistical performance, reduction of human intervention in the process, increased productivity, and proof of operation errors) when modeling and simulating the proposal presented to build a testbed.

Blockchain technologies have the potential to fundamentally change logistics and supply chain management. By leveraging the capabilities of blockchain technology, businesses can increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve security and trust in operations. However, there are still difficulties to overcome in terms of uptake and implementation. This article examines the various blockchain technologies applicable in the field of logistics, presents the benefits and limitations of blockchain technologies in this aspect, and offers a summary of the existing technologies used in the logistics sector. According to this, blockchain-based models applicable both to a specific stage of the logistics process (e.g., transportation of goods, materials, and feedstocks; management of warehouse operations; cargo tracking; etc.) and related insurance services have been proposed. The proposed models have been tested in a lab environment on the HyperLedger Fabric platform, and the results show that they are fully functional.
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษางานวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการซ้้าในการเลือกสั่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้าน 7R’s ทางโลจิสติกส์ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการซ้้าในการเลือกสั่งอาหาร เดริเวอรี่ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครผู้วิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ประเภทการวิจัยเชิงส้ารวจ (Survey Research) และใช้แบบสอบถาม(Questionnaire)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพหลัก และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการซ้้าในการเลือกสั่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยส้าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนเพศ ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการซ้้าในการเลือกสั่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ปัจจัยด้าน 7R’s ทางโลจิสติกส์ ได้แก่ สินค้าที่ถูกต้อง (Right Product) จ้านวนที่ถูกต้อง (Right Quantity) ด้านลูกค้าที่ถูกต้อง (Right Customer) และด้านต้นทุนหรือราคาที่ถูกต้อง (Right Cost) ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการซ้้าในการเลือกสั่งอาหารเดลิเวอรี่ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยส้าคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ส้าหรับ สภาพที่ถูกต้อง (Right Condition) สถานที่ถูกต้อง (Right Place) และเวลา ที่ถูกต้อง (Right Time) ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการซ้้าในการเลือกสั่งอาหารเดริเวอรี่ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
Tüketicilerin sosyal ve çevresel bilinç düzeylerinin artması ve Paris İklim Anlaşması başta olmak üzere uluslar üstü düzenlemelerin yürürlüğe girmesi gibi zorlayıcı sebepler, işletmelerin yönetsel ve operasyonel süreçlerde sürdürülebilirlik ilkesini benimsemesini teşvik etmektedir. İşletmelerin sürdürülebilir lojistik operasyonları kapsamında benimsediği uygulamalar ise yeşil lojistik, yalın lojistik ve tersine lojistiktir. Bu çalışmada temel amaç, DergiPark veri tabanında taranan hakemli dergilerde yayımlanmış araştırma makalelerinin bibliyografik haritasını çıkarmaktır. Bu doğrultuda, 2016 Ocak ayından 2022 yılının Ekim ayına kadar DergiPark’ta yayımlanmış 41 araştırma makalesi derlenmiş ve yayın yılları, başlıkları, anahtar kelimeleri ve özetlerine göre kümelenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda, tersine lojistik konusunda en çok makalenin yayımlandığı derginin Alphanumeric Journal olduğu, tersine lojistik ile birlikte en sık yer verilen anahtar sözcüklerin ise “geri dönüşüm” ve “diğer yöntemler” olduğu ve 35 çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanıldığı bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda ayrıca, üzerine en çok araştırma yapılan sektörün üç araştırma ile sağlık sektörü olduğu ve sağlık sektörünü ise ikişer araştırmayla kamusal alanlar, tekstil sektörü ve imalat sanayiinin takip ettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Disruptive technology is rooted in the fourth industrial revolution. Technological innovation and advancements have benefited a multitude of global industries. However, the benefits from disruptive technology are yet to be realised in the real estate industry. As such, the emergence of the global e-commerce industry positions the industrial sector ideally for technological adoption, specifically within the distributive warehousing and logistics sub-markets. Facilities management (FM) itself is further ideally placed within this framework to necessitate this change given its services and operational functions. This paper documents the findings of an investigation into the effect of disruptive technologies on FM within the context of the industrial sector. The findings show that the impact of disruptive technology can be disaggregated into two stances, namely: the cautious stance where little impact is occurring; and the open stance where significant impact is occuring. The nature of the different stakeholders gives rise to a variety of perspectives on the implementation of technology. Property-owning companies were more inclined to choose labour as a solution over technology as in South Africa labour proves to be a cheaper alternative than the capital required to incorporate and maintain technology. The paper concludes that although the industrial sector is experiencing the implementation of disruptive technologies the industry is still lagging behind the developed world. Not much will change in this regard as long as labour costs are cheaper than technological installations, or property owners are forced to adopt technology in order to remain competitive.KeywordsFacilities managementDisruptive technologyIndustrial sector
