Issues related to the stability of the earth's surface, buildings and structures located in the zone of mining influence are relevant despite many years of experience in theoretical and experimental research in this field. Sudden abnormal deformation processes deserve special attention. They are the result of the complex interaction of various natural and technogenic factors. A retrospective analysis of monitoring surveying of the earth's surface movement and deformation over a multi-year period at subsoil use facilities is of interest for a comprehensive assessment of factors preceding anomalous deformations and to establishment the features of their mutual influence. Databases of archival monitoring geodetic surveying of deformation processes have been created for such studies, methods of their interpretation have been proposed and software modules have been developed that allow you to quickly perform retrospective analysis of a large amount of data.
