Digital transformation in service management is becoming an important necessity in the Industry 4.0 era, which is characterized by technological advances such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data. This research explores the challenges and opportunities facing the services sector in adopting digitalization. Digital transformation offers benefits such as improved operational efficiency, personalization of services, and better data-driven decision-making. However, challenges such as digital competency gaps, organizational culture resistance, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure limitations are also identified. Through a qualitative approach, this research presents an in-depth analysis covering technology integration strategies, organizational culture change, and digital collaboration to improve customer experience. The results provide important insights for service companies in optimizing digitalization strategies to improve competitiveness and relevance in the market. Abstrak Transformasi digital dalam manajemen jasa menjadi kebutuhan penting di era Industri 4.0, yang ditandai oleh kemajuan teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan big data. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi sektor jasa dalam mengadopsi digitalisasi. Transformasi digital menawarkan manfaat seperti peningkatan efisiensi operasional, personalisasi layanan, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang lebih baik. Namun, tantangan seperti kesenjangan kompetensi digital, resistensi budaya organisasi, keamanan siber, dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi juga diidentifikasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menyajikan analisis mendalam yang mencakup strategi pengintegrasian teknologi, perubahan budaya organisasi, serta kolaborasi digital untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan jasa dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan relevansi di pasar. The widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed technological landscapes and societal structures in recent years. Our objective is to identify the primary methodologies that may be used to help predict the economic and social impacts of generative AI adoption. Through a comprehensive literature review, we uncover a range of methodologies poised to assess the multifaceted impacts of this technological revolution. We explore Agent-Based Simulation (ABS), Econometric Models, Input-Output Analysis, Reinforcement Learning (RL) for Decision-Making Agents, Surveys and Interviews, Scenario Analysis, Policy Analysis, and the Delphi Method. Our findings have allowed us to identify these approaches' main strengths and weaknesses and their adequacy in coping with uncertainty, robustness, and resource requirements.

Change that cannot be avoided by organizations or companies is digital transformation or digitization. Digital transformation also cannot be separated from tourism. Tourism Social Entrepreneurship (TSE) is a tourism development strategy that is centered on society/community. The Tourism Social Entrepreneurship (TSE) framework includes natural, building, financial, political, social, cultural and human capital. Digital transformation can effectively promote the sustainability of cultural integration, tourism. which can then be added as a TSE element. Existing research focuses on the role of digital transformation in community development, but not many have examined and incorporated digital transformation as part of change management, within the TSE framework. Considering the development of digitalization in the world of tourism, this study was carried out by integrating the TSE framework with digital transformation through a change management lens. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA method. It is hoped that the research results will be a scientific contribution to change management, especially in relation to digital transformation and Tourism Social Entrepreneurship.

Digital business transformation (DBT) is a significant trend in all industries, and affects all businesses, large and small. Companies that resist digitalisation and systemic transformation risk losing market share or even completely going out of business. Effective communication, both internal and external, and collaboration are vital for transformation success. This paper investigates executives’ perceptions of the disruptions leading to the need for DBT, whether such a transformation is considered a challenge or even a crisis by company executives, and the communication strategies that are implemented for DBT in various pipe extrusion companies in Germany. This research adopts a qualitative approach and semi-structured interviews were used in our research to gather data from experts in the companies. The research found that most companies in the pipe extrusion industry in Germany acknowledge and can articulate disruptions, both current and future. However, they but do not regard digital transformation of their business as a crisis and most companies have not prepared strategies for effectively communicating their response to digital transformation challenges.
