This research aims to explore the challenges faced by enterprises in the SME sector regarding high-risk applications regulated in the new European Union regulatory proposal on artificial intelligence (AI). High-risk applications as well as challenges to high-risk systems are presented sequentially. The benefits and advantages for SMEs are stated as a conclusion. Резюме: Настоящото изследване има за цел да проучи предизвикателствата, пред които са изправени предприятията в МСП сектор по отношение на високорисковите приложения, регламентирани в новото регулаторно предложение на Европейския съюз относно изкуствения интелект (ИИ). Последователно са представени приложения с висок риск, както и предизвикателства пред системите с висок риск. Ползите и предимствата за МСП са посочени като заключение.
