Innovative development of economy is a necessary condition for increase of competitiveness of Russia. Organization change should pass consistently taking into account a strategic target of development of the Russian economy as a whole. The analysis of work of the large innovatively focused corporations has shown that an important direction of formation of system of innovative activity in Russia is development of interaction, integration of large and small enterprise structures, entrepreneurs in the sphere of transportation, transportation or energy companies and educational institutions in this sphere. Stopping development threatens the organization with the stagnation, therefore each organization the plans for development directed on formation of competitive advantages of the transportation or energy company – strategy are developed. The work offers guidelines for managing the modernization of the educational process. Formulates the stages of organizational changes in the educational business organizations. Recommendations for formation in the educational enterprise structures matrix management innovation are given.
The complication of economic development of the Russian industry connected with changes in conditions of attraction of credit resources with certain difficulties of access to some foreign technologies and a number of types of goods results in need to consider tasks of import substitution and optimization of costs of production as priority in the combination. In this regard, measures for stimulation of development of industry are carried to number of the key directions of development of domestic economy by the state. Features of the transportation or energy company directly reflect and in an essential part define the main problems of functioning of producers. Insufficient competitiveness of the enterprises of some industry (for example transportation or energy company) of Russia in an essential measure is connected with the low level of finishing results of a scientific research and developments to a stage of the organization of production. In article authors consider the target directions and sources of development of production of the Russian Federation in the conditions of import substitution policy, and also represent results of the conducted research that has allowed to reveal features of factors of strategic development of the enterprise and to formulate the principles of strategic approach to development of the transportation or energy enterprises of industry.
This article peruses the basics of the controlling system, its functions and structural phases of the industrial companies. The personnel controlling of the industrial companies (for examples transportation or energy company) is examined in detail. Controlling system occurs applicable within various activity fields of an enterprise. Modern approaches of the domestic scholars are inspected. Goals and focuses of the personnel controlling system of the industrial companies have been analyzed. Foremost it occurs crucial to analyze and define the entire labor process to figure out primary requirements issued to the labor and employees. In article is offered the road map to follow to structure the purposes of all management system of personnel in the specific organization - in the transportation or energy company or other enterprises.
Given paper is aimed at determining factors, which influence leasing infrastructure development. It also examines the possibilities of overcoming infrastructural growth restrictions and barriers to the development of enterprises of industry, and construction sector. The phenomenon of infrastructural changes has been poorly researched economically and institutionally. These are a kind of quantitative and qualitative growth potential for the economy, for short and long-term periods for transportation or energy company and real estate development company.
Nowadays it seems to be very essential to highlight the problems of companies’ sustainable growth and to study how we can control this growth. Our investigation was targeted by current global economy instability as well as by present circumstances that complicates sustainable development of economics elements (regions, communities, and companies). Hereby we try to present the results of the analysis of economic aspects of companies’ management aimed to provide companies economic development and investment attractiveness. Arrangements of financing through certain advertising projects were considered her as auxiliary tools that aimed at company's economic sustainability and growth. In addition we explored the arrangements of financing with city government assistance and subsidies. The analysis of formalized methods (techniques) of the justification of advertising areas’ costs that was based on companies’ characteristics and was considered as auxiliary funding source is the main result of our research work.
Contradictions in management of developing entrepreneurial economy, in the form of absent methods and mechanisms of managing the structural sectors of growth economy, including leasing sector, are revealed. To investigate laws of formation and development of the leasing sector of entrepreneurial economy. To develop the mechanism of management of developing leasing entrepreneurship. The conceptual model is constructed with the use of methods of statistical and multifactorial correlation analysis, optimisation and dynamic forecasting in estimation of leasing entrepreneurship results. The conceptual model of management of developing entrepreneurship in the leasing sector of economy is developed. Tendencies of developing the given sector of economy are defined, approaches to estimation of its productivity are offered. Leasing tools are considered as the cross-industry, being of interest not only for projects of development of the city subway.
Russia has accessed to the WTO as a developed country, assuming the absence of any preferences. Analysis of the legislation showed that Russia has corrected juridical drawbacks in certain fields, revised the outdated laws and made the new ones, thereby adjusting the legislation in accordance with the WTO regulations. Liabilities concerning the following subjects were assumed: special economics areas, reducing of import tariffs, fixation of export duties, suspension of tariff quotas (excluding several agricultural goods), support of agriculture, market access for services, protection of intellectual property rights, investment of capital, sanitary and phytosanitary standard specifications, technical regulations, etc. In order to get the maximum benefit and the minimum losses for the country out of the accession to the WTO, the government's actions must include both the measures aimed at fast and painless restructuring of the competitive sectors of Russian economy and the measures allowing one to increase the positive effects of membership in the World Trade Organization.
