Ad Operations Manager (m/f)

The position

We are looking for a talented Ad Operations Manager who is familiar with the ad tech industry and experienced in running and optimizing ad campaigns.

Come join our energetic team at our Berlin HQ and have the chance to help drive our ad product development and create new team processes.

Your role

  • Strategically implement and manage all display and mobile ad campaigns
  • Monitor delivery, performance, and ad quality to ensure our campaigns reach optimum performance
  • Proactively conduct reporting and analyses to identify optimization opportunities and share learnings and metrics with both the team and the wider company
  • Address day-to-day issues and questions from clients and internal personnel; assist with troubleshooting technical issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies
  • Work closely with the Account Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to push not only revenue, but also our ad product development

Your profile

  • You are as passionate about our mission as we are
  • You have 2+ years of ad operations and display advertising experience; Google Adwords Display and/or DFP Certification is a plus
  • You have experience in ad serving and ad management technologies such as DFP, or any DSP / multi-SSPs / multi ad networks
  • You have a basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, rich media, and responsive design practices
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an affinity for data-driven approaches
  • You have excellent organizational and time-management skills and are very detail-oriented
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel (look-up functions, pivot tables)
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • You are legally able to work in Germany. If you don't possess a work permit for Germany yet, please let us know and we can possibly assist you with the process
