Turns out the R language is easy to learn - the code to estimate the statistical power of a bootstrapped test takes just a few lines. Thank you for your help!

I always thought we are only able to put open access papers into reaserchgate. Is it allowed to put non-open access publications in researchgate? I would have thought that by doing that it would break copyright.

The RNA 260/280 ratio should be 1.8 - 2.0. Once the RT has been performed this will drop as it is a duplex with one strand RNA, one strand DNA. But it will also drop as you have changed buffer and added protein in the form of the RT enzyme. What do you want to do with your cDNA? There are very few cases, if any, when you would need to clean up the RT reaction.

for me it is the same! you have a similar technique calls ITEX for in tube extraction, that replace fibre or tube by "syringe" coated with adsorption phase like PDMS. It works very well for VOCs analysis

By the way, if you want just learning sql without complex databases as MySQL you can use library sqldf in R or sqlite. sqlite is a sql-databases which is packed in only on file. There is an addon for Firefox which you can use to connect with sqlite and perform all your sql tasks: importing csv data etc.

I agree with comments above that appropriate experimental replicates and internal controls need to be used. A dilution series is a good idea. XR100CR X-ray Spectrometer , its range is maximum upto 45 keV. but some other CdT spectrometer, not sure actuall name, has range more than 100keV, so it is better for meausrement but we haven;t this spectrometer in the Lab. ... so other solution, if you have to share to me, will kind help to me...regards

dispersion of NPs in polymer matrix is critically depended on NPs and polymer type. which kind of magnetic NPs you are planning to use? if they are hydrophilic then the dispersion in a hydrophobic matrix needs an adequate ultrasonication exactly before solidification of polymer. If they are hydrophobic as the polymer, a long time mechanical agitation would be useful. however, your question needs more details to receive a good answer.
