On my humble opinion, it depends if the person has Sjogren's Syndrome, or total damage of salivary glands due to other illnessess. In any case, as far as I know, because my self I'm quite affected by mouth dryness, is a good thing to have a certain amount of olive oil into the mouth, during one or two minutes, moving into the mouth, before having a meal. I believe that both your points of view on the origin of life are respectable and deserve to be considered and criticized until they are either shown to be wrong or can be corrected to fit the greatest amount of data available. Both your theories are out of the mainstream and that is good because the mainstream is stuck and, even so, the mainstream does its best to make sure that the attention remains on them. I would like to add my own contribution here. Life is a process, not an object. In more scientific terms, life is an irreversible thermodynamic process. All irreversible thermodynamic processes, from ocean, wind and charge currents, to hurricanes, to the water cycle and the ecosystem, are dependent upon the dissipation of an external thermodynamic potential, be it a temperature gradient, electrical potential, photon potential, etc. In other words, irreversible thermodynamic processes, such as life, arise and persist to produce entropy. The most important generalized thermodynamic potential that life dissipates today is the photon potential produced by the hot surface of the Sun and the coldness of space. This, undoubtedly, was also the most important thermodynamic potential available at the origin of life. Now, it so happens that DNA and RNA dissipate photons (converts them from UV to infrared) within picoseconds when in water. According to Sagan, there was a window in transmission of Earth's early atmosphere centered at 260nm, just where DNA and RNA absorb and dissipate most strongly. It is then reasonable to suggest that DNA and RNA arose first as dissipative structures (like hurricanes, for example) to dissipate the photon potential arriving at the early Earth's surface. DNA and RNA gradually formed symbiosis with amino acids (which also absorb and dissipate light more towards the visible) as the spectrum of the Sun arriving at the Earth's surface gradually shifted towards the visible (where the Sun was most intense) due to both, what could now be called, "biotic" and natural "abiotic" processes. I can suggest two solutions. First of all check your units. Secondly while it is making iteration, probably in one iteration it generates non logic number for the later equation. I am not an expert, but I would suggest to have a look at p16 as well as p19, and agree on telomere length (QFISH can be even more sensitive for more subtle changes, though more laborious it can tell you about chromosome stability maintenance).
