Depending on the size and number of copies of plasmids, you can eliminate completely within one or two generations of plasmids that infect a Gram negative bacterium since these bacteria are extremely resistant to the phenothiazine and hence, the difference in genome size makes it possible. The question asked: any other non-phenothiazine compounds that have plasmid elimination properties. I have found none other than Novobiocin which works well with S. aureus. What are your nanoparticle dimensions and do they fluoresce? There are a bunch of optical techniques available that you can use. Like near field optical microscopy, Laser confocal, dark field techniques... etc. Please note that even 0.5% of nanopartices will alter the Tg of PVA (the extent of Tg alteration will depend on polymer molecular wt, particle size, surface interactions etc.) .. so a DSC may be helpful

I do agree with Fedora Sutton that statistical analysis is obligatory, before presumptions are made. Importantly, repeat experiments are needed and depending on the experiment type, if cell lines are being used or not, their biological context of their pattern of growth, when experiment were done or stimulations made if any, same conditions must be applied to the see response in control vs experiment, to get a reliable result after analyses of results between experiments. Most cancer cells have impaired mitochondria and therefore energy is via glycolysis. This process is 16 times less efficient than the electron transport system. Because cancer cells parasitise normal cells for energy deriving substrates used by the glycolytic system, the fluid present in the stroma of the cancer cell is acidic the ATP synthase of the cancer favours the synthesis of ATP.
