Dear Arunachalam Subbiah, thank you very much. i did not expected a reply from you sir. i read about you in / on open access papers/articles.
kindly do some favour by writing a proposal for social sciences( on open access).
here i may be not expressing my views pin pointedly though every one knows social sciences are neglected/unconcerned areas.this is my general conception.i may be wrong also. if i heart any one ,please excuse me.

    Dear Dr Yingkuan Wang:
Is your doctoral thesis on open access publishing in China available in English and as an open access document? If so, please let us know. I am interested in reading it. In China there are a few experts such as Prof. Zhang, head of the Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing; and Prof. Wu Yishan, ISTIC, Beijing. You may talk to them.
I wish you all success in your research.

I am interested in how Open Access Medical Publications can increase publications from developing countries. 90% of published research is from developed countries and let's say that only 10% of these are relevant to poor countries. If we are going to increase research capacity in developing countries then increasing access to OA that is controlled by developing countries should be part of the package. My PhD is on increasing research capacity in the Pacific Island nations in the area of reproductive health.

Thank Robson Barbosa for your comments. Yes, internationalization of open access is a good topic, and also worthwhile to research.

I would recommend that its focus was the internationalization of access, mechanisms that facilitate the exchange of researchers between institutions, so we could increase the passage of virtual access to the physical access ...

Yes, thank you for your comments and suggestions. I declared that this is my first time to use ResearchGate. I did not complete my profile editing. I major in agricultural engineering with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in agricultural mechanziation, and editing and publishing with a PhD. My PhD dissertation is Open Access Publishing of Scientific Scholarly Journals in China, which was given an Excellent Dissertation Award.

I have published over 60 peer reviewed papers, but mainly in Chinese. My question here focuses on open access publishing itself with nothing to do with other specific subjects. I believe OA experts can answer my question easily. Therefore, I am inviting comments from OA experts.

if i say ..do some research for cancer treatment would you start writing a proposal for that?? ..To get a better response of your question, you need to provide some details about your area of interest! I recommend you do some homework and give a detail explanation of your question before you decide to venture into ResearchGate.
