  Actually in offcial pharmacopoeias there is acidic dissolution media given and in case of marketed product of choroquine phos. If the capsules are enterically coated, why?

    It is only applicable to tablet that contain less than 10mg or less than 10%w/w of the active ingrediant. It is not applicable to tablet containing multivitamin or trace elements

If not -- then if anyone is looking for a new research idea and approach to PK/PD modeling and would like to be a collaborator and co-author on a paper, then let me know. The anticipated paper will discuss the development of a "Number-Theoretic Approach for In Vitro-In Vivo Correlation (IVIVC) and Determining Drug Concentrations in Blood from Dissolution Testing" as well as the potential merits of this approach.   What are the possible causes of black particles to appear in tablet compression other than moisture presence and metal pieces?

  Because of excessive moisture which gives color during compaction and metal particles black spots appear in tablets after compression. What are other possible reasons for that?

    You can compress the coated pellets with slight modification to your double hopper rotary compression machine.
