Health is determined by both, Biotic and Abiotic elements. It is not only biomedical/clinical but beyond than this. People should remain healthy by means of socio-cultural, politico-economic, ecological-phycal and mental-behaviourism. There should be Comprehensive PHC syatem but not Selective. Committment by Political system and popular people's participation-grass root to up, POSDCORB by people, self relianced and government's broader policies are the ways of implementation programme rather than project to manage health of people. Living together, thinking together and acting together is the ways to implement health services and this is called Medical Anthropology/Sociology in Nepal. Prof. Ritu Prasad Gartoulla, Ph.D.
