      Sequencing is not genotyping and conventional genotyping is not effective in species discrimination, if we are speaking in the terms modern molecular genetics. please check Applied Biosystem web page

      @Rallapalli R,.....Vertical units are better....even multiplexing can be done in PCR also, but it depends on the primer size and tm . If we can optimize these two the work will be much more
