Natasha, I would suggest to take a look into WHO's International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. I think, it's the most important framework for health related concepts. Health is there conceptualized as functional health which is defined as complex interaction between body functions and structures, activities and social participation against the background of supporting or hindering environmental and personal factors. In addition, there is some work in Annex 1 on the relation between the concepts you are interested in. I don't know if you consider to expand your focus on related concepts, such as quality of life and health-related quality of life. Those were mainly seen as personally perceived functional health (You will find some interesting work searching Pubmed for "Wilson" and "Cleary"). I am not sure, how those concepts differ from wellbeing and wellness.

Pudental nerve injury can occur with pelvic interventions. I had a case that resulted from endometrial ablation. It was successfully resolved with magnesium orally and accupincture along with I therm. I therm is a novel low level energy cabable of penetrating 7cm (think of the old diathermy) to enhance vasodilation to the directed region. K-laser works in a similar fashion though more commonly by DC attempting to address soft tissue issue and adhesions. Active Release Technique is geared to soft tissue damage and adhsesions. The challenge is to go through a diagnosis of exclusions. So many health related conditions our patients experience ate not in a text book or journal, they are case studies. In these circumstances the onus is on the health provider to look outside and inside the box for diagnosis and treatment.

For identification you could use characteristic chromosomal sequences, analyzed by PCR. The complete genomic sequence is published. This is easier than using characteristics of developmental stages. For morphological and other characteristic properties of this bacterium, you may look into "Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology". Look for Sorangium and for Polyangium, There is, however, no culture of the type strain available. The important expert/literature is Reichenbach (around 2002; the original description goes back the 1930s).

I know, unfortunately, is a normal practice. The question is if the professionals are keeping this inequality situation. When we ask in the professional meetings or congress, we ask or investigate for a better products - that is good - or ask and investigate for a better products AND for everybody. I do agree, of course, do not look for the difference between riche and poor into de healthy context. This difference is ok at fashion boutique, at esthetic surgery, at first and second in the train or flight, at luxury cruises, front the option to survive without work, at private university, front the risk of starting a private company. There are situations that make the difference, but into the health context the difference is a loss to every people. The barrier´s health tries few people who survive to so many difficulties and their professional life often is unable to procure other people an optimal health and justice, which we know is the ethical that accompanies do no harm and do good; feature of health professionals. I understand that an antibiotic can save a life. I don´t understand because, several times, give it depends on charity.

Most quality distance-education programs will have some on-campus component, and I agree with Michael that there are good options out there for non-clinical areas. Having said that, be careful how you choose your institution and pay close attention to how the degree is structured. PhD-level research will almost invariably require you to have close contact with your mentor and with other institutional resources, so you should expect a quality program to include some on-campus requirements for your degree. In my experience, programs that offer PhD level work entirely online are not a good choice and will not offer the rigorous structure required for a doctoral degree. This can translate into few professional opportunities in the long run.
