Our company recently acquired a Packard Multiprobe II robot. Unfortunately we have to reinstall the software that controls the instrument (WinPREP). Our problem is that we don`t have the install disks for it, and since this is an older instrument we could not get the software through the manufacturer. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks, Laszlo
