SP is a good tool but the part caused by streaming potential is not so obvious since they are other sources of SP anomalies on a dam. I recommend (if possible) to monitor SP (time-lapse) changes

You better start reading a good textbook as soon as possible. You are mixing up things terribly! UTM and GCS are not projections but coordinate systems.
