      By casecading adc u can reach perfection than use the curve fitting to locate the real reading

    Has anyone used NO2 during bake-out of a stainless-steel ultra-high-vacuum system to improve the final vacuum?
    NO2 displaces adsorbed gases from the stainless-stell walls of a vacuum chamber. So I was wondering whether it would help to improve the final vacuum, or maybe at least passivate the walls.

      One final detail: do not limit yourself to Varian. I also had very good experience with Gamma Vacuum, for example.
