- When an SCR goes in conduction mode from forward blocking mode, does the depletion region of junction j2 (the junction which was reverse biased in the forward blocking mode) reduce?

use spectra simulator based on 180nm UMC technology provided by Cadence. if u need one not intended to VLSI design use orcad 16.3 or any other earlier version by cadence.
