  How is CTA Chest (CPT 71275) different in procedural technique from CT Heart for evaluation of cardiac structure and morphology with 3D (CPT 75572)?

  I am having a hard time getting additional information on clinical and procedural difference in the performance of these two tests and if the CT Heart employs the use of EKG gating?
