How can I extract of black seed to prevent or treat cancer?

I want to know the mechanism of extraction of black seed to prevent or treat cancer (especially in breast cancer)?

    Well, I only know Thymoquinone as the anticancer active principle of black seeds. It is in the volatile oil of black seeds so you should be able to get it via extraction with ethanol or ether or via steam distillation.
