How to extract DNA from Serum of healthy individuals ?

Large no of techniques are their to extract DNA from Serum , i performed few methods like NaI , phenol chlfrm isoamly and Triton heat phenol method etc but non of them gave me any result . Can any one plz help me in this matter .

    we just use a machine to do this...enough DNA for general purposes like PCR, can be isolated from 20ul serum...

    usually for best reproducability and accuracy I would use a DNA extraction KIT. You can get those by several vendors (Sigma, Qiagen, Promega and many more)
